I recently had problems with my Rav 4 - it was making some pretty terrible noise and running like a hunk of junk! I took it into the guys at Stop Masters and they gave it the once over. Initially the diagnoses was not good - there were major issues with the engine and they thought I may have to replace it! Expensive much!! Luckily, Darren used his skills to avoid having to undergo this costly procedure. He pulled apart the engine and cleaned it all out, he took pictures of all of the dirt and grime which had built up on the engine and talked me through the steps he had taken. After all was said and done I was only out of pocket $800 - this was a great compared to the $4,000 it would have been to replace the engine! So grateful that they looked at the option that would benefit the customer most - not the business.

I have a Rav 4 and a standard service for me usually costs around $140 and includes a full inspection of the vehicle, a minor detail, engine de-grease and car wash! Another example with my dad when Toyota told him that his van needs a new Axle and bushings cause it was cracked. I was so impressed with their knowledge with engines but also their knowledge when it came to my X Trail engine. I had a number of different mechanics tell me they weren't interested in looking at my engine problem or just straight out told me it was too complicated for them and said all these new engines are too hard to work on. I was recommended to Perry Engine Reconditioning by a mechanic that said it was beyond their capabilities. They fitted a reconditioned cylinder head & my car was back to me within 4 days as they had a reconditioned head in stock. The price was better than what I had been getting estimated by places that said they didn't want to do it and the car runs like a dream. I have referred a number of friends and family there since and they have also had nothing but great things to say about their repairs.
