The car yard I bought it off did not seem to know how to fix it or even want to fix it, and I even took it to the Dealership and they could not even fix it, but instead diagnosed the problem as something else and put in a part that it did not even need, still leaving me with a car that would not start very well. Ken at each step of the way was so helpful, professional, thorough and knowledgeable, but most of all polite and respectful. My car is running beautifully now and is fixed, thanks to Ken.
