We had taken our 2004 Nissan XTrail to Bam for a service as they had been the servicers in the log book when we bought the car.
Was not very happy with the aircon, it smelt funny, like really old damp dust, which it did not do before.
It was mentioned that the cabin filter had been cleaned also.
We took it to another place, closer to us, for the 186,000 oil change, it was discovered that there was not even a cabin filter in the car.
Rang the owner at BAM and he said let me look into this and will get back to you, which he did. Traced the job back and found that it had not been done, empolyee on last week of job, he promply refunded the money for that and we are very impressed with all he did for us.
Apart from that it was a good job, we would recommend this business to others.
