I got a pedicure 2 days ago and now my toe is infected, I saw they use the same tools on everyone without sanitizing them in between clients, the girl doing my pedicure didnt change her gloves going from the appointment before me, mine and the appointment after mine. That is completely disgusting to me and clearly my toe infection is a result of their unhygenic practices. Also my nails were horribly shaped, some of them are still long and pointy and others are short and round. DO NOT GO HERE

My friend had to wait beside me while the tech did my nails, and once she was done with my nails the same tech moved on and did hers. I understand this kind of service if we hadn't booked an appointment but we did... Shellac manicure was extremely rushed and I was left with polish all over my cuticles and under my nails. The tech was really sweet and kind but did not provide the good quality/ service I would expect for a 35$ manicure.

This appointment took over 3 hours!! During the appointment I also noticed she was trying to pry apart the eyelashes multiple times after accidently gluing them together... Upon having my eyelashes done again approx. a month and a half later, in Vancouver, I was told there was significant damage to my eyelashes and giant spots of missing eyelashes (I've always had full/long eyelashes). I have since contacted the owner after my suspicion of damage to my lashes was confirmed and she takes zero responsibilty. Find another place to go!

I happened to walk past new place, half a block up, when I gave up and was returning to my car. No one inside to greet, other than someone looking up from doing eyelashes, to mumble someone will be there to help me. 20! Min later my person walked out and said she'd be with me soon. I was walking out the door but decided to stay and try it. I was horrified that I was to sit in the chair in front where her next appt was waiting for her, clearly a friend. I don't need everyone on main st to see me get my hair pulled out of my face! The open concept is more drive thru than personal care. Now as for the treatment, she was clearly in a rush to get to her friend. When I left, I looked in the mirror in my car.... lots of hair left. Long hair. So I went home and proceeded to finish the job for her. Very unprofessional, will never go back.

I moved here recently and I originally called for an appointment, asking for an experienced tech…read moreto have my top lip, bottom chin and nose lasered for spider veins. I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.
