I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes, and to my delight, all my fears, anxieties and many sleepless nights were unfounded. There was hardly any pain during and after the two procedures. Dr. Thomson's hands, shaped and guided by years of rigorous academic knowledge, training and vast experience moved expertly, fluidly and precisely without any hesitation. Dr. Brimhall did a fantastic job with cataract surgerie. I had never been able to see distances, but now I can. I just can't see close up without wearing reading glasses. Personally, I will still need glasses because I am to set in my ways and do not like having to go back and forth with reading glasses, no glasses, and sunglasses. I am fairly new in LV and so far the medical professionals I've met with were impersonal and cold. I've lived in CA for over 30 years and have had a good relationship with all my doctors. They care about their patients.
