An itemized invoice, before-and-after photos, or disposal receipts would have made it much easier to understand exactly what work was performed and how the total was calculated. Looking back, I wish I had requested a detailed written estimate and obtained competing quotes before authorizing the work. My advice to other homeowners and landlords is to request a fully itemized invoice, ask for documentation of the work performed, and compare multiple quotes before approving expensive cleanout or cleaning services. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again because I did not feel the pricing was supported by sufficient detail or transparency.
