My family moved to Vegas 2 years ago and we had to find a school asap for my young kids. We searched many places and discovered BCCA. This school has been such a huge blessing to us to say the least. Not only do they have a great school curriculum but also included a biblical based teachings. My son comes home singing beautiful positive songs and my baby has learned to love her caretakers. I am amazed that all the teachers and staff know all the children by name and have positive attitudes each and every day. Any time I have had a concern I am free to ask and able to communicate with the teachers and directors with no issue. I never said I had an issue with the teachers. They have been great with my daughter. However of all the things you decided on addressing from my review. You didn't mentioned anything in regards to my child's safety which is the most important factor to me and I would think to all parents. You released her to someone without even checking to see if they are on the pickup list and asking for their ID. My granddaughter attended this school for 2 years. They give you a great presentation on what they'll teach but do not follow through. No language class, music, etc. also, don't put a card on file unless you want charges added with no authorization. Communication is very bad with staff and director. read more

My son learnt a lot of Christian songs from BCCA but they left out very important information. My son started complaining about school. He said that a student pushed him and he fell off the playground equipment. The school never told me and they never made an incident report and when I discussed the issue with management- They told me, if my son doesn't know how to use the playground equipment then he will be excused from doing so. After 2 bad experiences, I do not recommend this school to anyone. My 2 and 3 year old children were full-time students when my oldest somehow got cut under her foot. After meeting with the staff and getting the situation resolved, we returned part time. What drew the line was when my daughter lunch box contained the same 2 juices that were sent with her (at this time the school served no food or juice, only snack) when i picked her up on that 80+ degree day. This school has yet to respond to any voicemails or text messages (left on read). We also feel that the children spend too much time outside and that the curriculum isn't organized after reviewing a chinese lettered worksheet from a "Christian Academy" Progress reports are supposed to be written daily and the school fell about a week behind. read more

My kids were there from pre-K-1st grade and they were awesome. The price was great and the teaching was really good. They really build a good foundation for my kids. Trying to find a preschool for our 5 and 2 year old. When I did a tour I really liked the facility. It was clean, organized and the curriculum is to get them ready for school. I've been bringing my two kids (4 year old daughter and 5 year old son) for one year now for pre-k and soon to be Kindergarten for my 5 year old. My kids love this school and their teachers. Seems like all the teachers know both of my kids and they are all so nice and welcoming. I've recommended a few people to this school and they are still attending. Ms. Mercy is such a great teacher, my son has learned so much and truly enjoys going to school. He hasn't seen her during the summer break and told me he misses her! My daughter will be in Ms. Mercy's class this year and she's excited! Her teacher was Ms. Isabel and my daughter seemed to like her very much she even asked me if she could go to her birthday party next time! This school has a lot of special events, a great graduation ceremony for pre k graduates, and conducts a lot of fun activities for the kids including music, dancing, art, Chinese and Spanish. The communication with parents and teachers is great as well. They give quarterly progress reports, provide pictures, and weekly email communication that I feel is important for the parents. Our kids grow so fast and it's nice to have them at a school that truly cares for your child centering their education (which education is very important to them as well) around God and kindness. This place is OK. For the price it's probably pretty good, but it's not among the top schools I toured. Granted, I only saw the infant/toddler room, that room is more family run and is a little crowded in my opinion. Even though they offered very good pricing, I decided not to take my kids here. Also, after I re-read some of the previous yelp reviews, it seems all the other reviews for this place so far are written within a few days of each other and are all 5 stars. It is quite unprofessional to have received a response here on Yelp and not receive a response to the email I sent to admin and the CEO. Let us clarify everything on here, because you had the arrogance not only to disregard my communications, but also to fabricate events to look good. For further clarification 1) My daughter has never admitted to such a thing, and the idea that you are capable of fabricating such things while leading this Christian school is revolting. My kid was so overcome with emotion while crying in the office that she couldn't even speak. 2) My daughter was not withdrawn because of financial difficulties, as you allege; she was withdrawn due to the lack of structure and disorder we experienced. 3) The COVID-19 pandemic was exceedingly challenging for all of us, particularly the children. Despite the fact that all of this is true, this is not an excuse for not knowing how to behave in public. Education and manners start at home. Violent behavior should never be allowed. I never once advocated for the other student's expulsion from your school. I repeatedly inquired as to why I had not been informed of the occurrence and what efforts the school would take to ensure that such incidents did not occur again. None the less I wish you the very best and the experiences you have given us as parents. read more

I love this place!!! I was looking for a day care for my daughter for only Saturday's. She attends preschool at a different school but they don't provide Saturday's. I immediately had a great feeling when I walked in the doors! Friendly, caring & a feeling of trust. My daughter (3years old) enjoys her time here! She looks forward to coming every Saturday. My daughter (2 years old) has been here since Oct of 2021 so a few months now, she absolutely loves it and so do I and her father! The communication can be a little better but we know that school is school and it's hard to keep up sometimes especially when you need to be more focused on the children. I also love that it's not so easy to just come and get the kids if the face is unfamiliar they will ask for ID and this has always been a fear of mine. My daughter is always so happy to go and be with her friends and teachers. The pricing is great you can't beat it. Although uniforms are required I feel that paying that one time price will not hurt compared to 200+ dollars every week at a daycare. I love it and I love that my daughter is actually learning, she is not potty trained and they are helping me with this as well. Based off all of the schools and daycare reviews in LV we chose this one and do not regret it. We love that it's an actual school and class environment and not just baby sitting kids. read more

My son has been going to this school for almost three months. So far I really like this school. He's 2 and a half, and he's learned so much in such a short timeframe. He's halfway through knowing his abc's and he's almost got the hang of counting to 20. They promote learning at home by sending activities to work on, they also provide a journal that keeps me updated on what he does daily, and they have great activities for all families to participate in. Everyone here is kind and friendly. My son's teachers Ms. Andrea and Ms. Bercy always keep me updated with my son and make an effort to let me know what they are learning. BCCA is the first ever school or childcare my daughter who is 2years old has gone to, and I can't emphasize enough how amazing our journey has been! Everyone from the teachers, assistants, director and owner have gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is well taken care of and adjusting to the new environment. Not only is my daughter well taken care of she has learned so much. We had to leave out of town for a month and every single day my daughter spoke about her teachers Ms. Irina and Ms. Lulu they are absolutely exceptional with Maya and all the other kids. After taking a year off of work in 2018 to take care of my then infant, it was time to put her in the care of someone else as I went back to work. I had a lot of anxiety searching for the right place and at the thought of leaving my daughter with anyone other than mom n dad. My husband and I toured a few places before BCCA. Once we toured and spoke with Christyn, we felt and believed this would be the place for us. They say sometimes you just know when it's the right place for you and your kid, and that's the feeling we got from this place. The facility isn't the fanciest like some these newer places, but it is clean, secure and safe. The staff is friendly, kind and nice. The price point is decent. They understand that it is a transition for the kids and also the parents when placing our kids in their care. My two year old started at BCCA when she was 16 months. All of the teachers in her class took care of her well so it was comforting for me to know she had that. By the time we transitioned her to the 2 year old class just 9 months later, she was very comfortable with everyone and no longer seemed to be bothered once I would leave the room. The only recommendation that I have is that the school work on stronger, more up to date communications with parents. It's key to ensuring parents are aware of what's going on with their kid and school, but more importantly, to know that the staff/management truly care about the parents' concerns:) read more

I enrolled my son over the summer as soon as he turned three years old. The staff is wonderful!! The first week, both Eileen, the front desk staff, and the principal Christine made sure they gave me daily updates sending me pictures of my son through text. Eileen, probably my most favorite staff in the whole school was so helpful from day 1. She is not only such a bright and welcoming person but she has such a warm heart. My sons teacher miss Kimberly and teacher helper miss heather are both sweethearts too. Another great part about the school was that not only did my sons class teachers know my son by name, but every time I walked into the school, other teachers would say hello to Jordan by name. Made me feel safe and comfortable sending my young son there! Also when dropping off my son every morning, I see the older children in the hallways singing with their teachers and it's so sweet! I definitely recommend this school for youngsters! **UPDATE** I received a picture from one of my son's fellow classmate's parent. They had sent me a picture of my son playing on the jungle gym outside with no adult supervision. When I asked the teacher to explain, all she said was that my son would not stop crying and disturbing the other children so they let him out to calm down (by himself but their excuse was someone would pop their head out every now and then to check up on him.) No. No. No!!!! This teacher even knew that my son was in the process of getting diagnosed for autism, and I had told her to please call me if there are any problems. Not kick him out of class to calm down. Shame on you guys. Def not exactly a "Christian" way of handling a situation. I know yelp reviews can be biased depending on what situation you come across. But when it comes to such bizarre child care morals, this is something I would like the other parents to know. Our son has been going here for about 3 months now and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was the right place. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and they make sure from the front desk that you feel at home. My son is in the baby/toddler room and they are so special in there. My son was 10 months old when he started and I have never had my kids go to daycare so young. They made me feel so comfortable and show such care for my son. They always get excited when they see my son and always keep me updated about his eating, his day and his routines. They never give me a " one size fits all" update of his day. They are have a very open communication with me and my husband at all times. They keep the room clean and are down on the floor with the kids playing and singing and it feels so positive in there. My son gets excited when we pull into the parking lot, he claps and bounces around. He reaches for his teachers and smiles for them. I cant even begin to say how much of a god send this place is. I have already recommended them to anyone who asks for a daycare. It feels like I am dropping him off at a family home every day. Hopefully my review reaches a momma who is apprehensive about taking their small child here, its amazing. My two girls had been BCCA for two years. They were always happy and never tired of school. The teacher are very patient. I'd like to thank the teacher even some of them had left when we were still there. Teacher Jane who is a very gentle and patient lady. Teacher Mercy who is a very good at teaching basic knowledge to children. My daughter is very good at mastering these things such as week, season, month and time. Miss Mary who is always kind. Last year was our child's first time in school. The school really made us feel comfortable with us placing our child in their care. Excellent school very friendly, clean and a family atmosphere. Great curriculum, our child is in pre school but his curriculum is similar to what mine was in kindergarten. Also a lot of fun activities for the children. Her teacher Mercy is amazing and honestly the best teacher we could have ever asked for. She loves our daughter as her own, she teaches her so much, and my daughter respects her.
