We tell anyone and everyone to please call before you come so we can lock up our not-super-friendly cat, and to date, Carter is the ONLY person to ever actually do this. Aside from having amazing communication, Carter did a fantastic job. Our windows look amazing, and the amount of time he spent made the cost feel extremely reasonable. Also, he just seems like an amazingly nice human, and we were super comfortable having him in our home.
