TOTAL SCAM! I purchased 5tctw diamond stud earrings for my birthday on 3/24/26. To my surprise, they arrived on 3/25; yay me! Only, I could not remove them once I put them on. I was pulling on the backings for over 35min, so I finally called their CS and was connected to Rebeca. I told her, I cannot pull off the backings; the earrings are stuck. For a visual, 2.5ctw/ea, these earring studs are huge, but she told me to 1) calm down 2) use olive oil or soapy water on the post 3) told me my entire conversation was being recorded. When I swore...she actually told me that I was "not being professional." Oh. No. (SMH) Look...these cost me shy of $6,000, and I'll argue that my frustration level was higher d/t cost and my having worked a double....but dude. Do not call my frustration out for being unprofessional because you cannot fix my issue. (eye roll) Turns out, the backing is called a "guardian" back, which has to be pinched at two points in order to disengage. I had no idea, but more concerning, neither did she. My neighbor finally helped me out of them, and then I thought...gah, are they too big for my ear? So I went 26mi to their brick and mortar store where I met a lovely girl named Katie. Unfortunately, she's as un/misinformed as the care team, and their jewelery choices are next to nil. On an aside, I went to their local website last night and was recommended to create an appointment...the only free time for today? 6pm. So, give THOSE times a grain of salt.... I asked: Do you have a smaller diamond (ie, 2.0 cw), because I think mine is too big. Answer: no. Can you order one? Nor unless yoU PAY HALF. Huh. We had our appointment with Hajar and she was THE most helpful - you could tell she was extremely knowledgeable as she was explaining everything with such ease and conciseness. She made the whole experience exciting and made sure we left with all questions answered. You could tell she was more than happy to help us. The best customer service is when you know that the service provider is actually invested in the interactions rather than putting on a fake smile because it's their job to, and Hajar was everything we could have asked for and more. Brilliant Earth has endless options and I learned that there was a heck of a lot more details to pay attention to. We learned about the 4 C's and different types of settings and colors and it was a little overwhelming at first but Hajar made everything so simple which I am grateful for. I have never imagined what engagement ring shopping would be like but I am confident that this was the best and only consultation we are going to need. She did not pressure us into anything or try to upsell. She made it her mission to inform us of all options to make sure I was set on my preferences. While I am sure everyone who works at that location is just as lovely, I truly appreciate Hajar for giving my partner and I an amazing and unforgettable experience. We left the store super excited for our future and I just wanted to hug her after the appointment because it truly meant a lot to have that guidance (We walked in knowing only that I found a ring online and liked it) in the next step towards the rest of our lives. read more

I did not like my initial visit at brilliant earth. A lot of the workers ignored both me and my partner luckily Yuliya Berezenko stepped in to help us out. She was the only one who did not ignore us in the store and really took care of us. I felt like the other staff members working that day didn't care about us because they didn't think we worth it. In the future we plan on only working with Yuliya. She showed us a lot of beautiful rings and made the engagement ring shopping experience so much better. read more

Went into to browse wedding band upgrades and was presently surprised. I am not too familiar with brilliant earth so I went in blindly but was quickly blown away by the knowledgeable and patient employees that helped me. The store was clean and offered a wide selection. The staff was open to answering all of my questions and was happy to help although I was very indecisive. I plan on returning after giving myself to time to decide on which stack I enjoyed the most. I appreciated the waiting and refreshment area and am so glad to have found this gem so close to home in Roseville. We went into the Roseville location to browse for engagement rings, this was our first ever visit to a jewelry store and we were looking for product knowledge to help us decide what we wanted. The lady was literally clueless on the products. Or just showed ZERO INTEREST in servicing us. I asked her the carat size of the ring I was trying on and response was "I don't know" that's it that's all , not "let me find out etc" I asked her to tell me about the ring I was wearing and at one point I think she wanted to say she didn't know but gave VERY little information.
