This is extremely unprofessional especially since the business claims to open at 9am and at 9:45 there's still no one here. I'm basically waiting standing up in front of the door with nowhere to sit. They're extremely repetitive about being on time to your appointment lol. The technician never showed up for my appointment. I decided to give this place a second chance but I'm definitely never coming back here. Waste of my time and money.

My daughter and I walked in while the…read morestore was completely empty, yet the employees made eye contact with us and continued their personal conversation instead of acknowledging or assisting us. After waiting a few minutes, another couple walked in and received immediate attention. From my perspective, the difference in how we were treated felt upsetting and discriminatory. Customer service should be consistent for everyone, and this experience left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. Needless to say, we chose to leave without making a purchase. Experiences like this only reinforce why I've found Miami's customer service culture difficult at times.

I recently purchased Gaiac 10 at the Le Labo Wynwood store. While I love the fragrance, I was…read moredisappointed with the in-store experience. After making the purchase, I asked if they could provide me with a few complimentary samples to take on an upcoming trip. I was told that I would have to purchase the samples instead. For a luxury fragrance brand, especially after purchasing one of their more expensive City Exclusive fragrances, I expected a little more generosity and warmth in the customer experience. It wasn't a major issue, but it definitely took away from what should have been a more enjoyable luxury shopping experience. I really like Le Labo and Gaiac 10, but based on this experience, if I purchase from Le Labo again, it will probably be online rather than in-store.

I live down the block and, unfortunately, my insurance no longer works with CVS, so I'm forced to come here a lot. I've never seen such an inefficient and understaffed pharmacy. If I have to pick up a prescription, I allocate at least 30 minutes. I have literally wasted days of my time over the past two years waiting just to pick up medication. On top of that, the general store is the most under stocked location that I've ever seen. You can't rely on this store for anything.

It's not that these guys have a unique boutique as much as their expertise and their customer service. Their vibe is hella cool, they love what they do, taught me stuff I didn't know, gave honest opinions on what would suite me or not. I bought one against their recommendation, and returned it after wearing it one night and realizing they were right and exchanged it for the one they recommended. I've worn it almost every day since. They also didn't have one I wanted at the time so they made a special order for me and had it delivered to me since I live out of state and sent me some gifts with it. Can't recommend them enough and they'll be. Stop every time I come to town.

I needed to refresh and rejuvenate my 40ish skin without downtime or irritation after the procedure. What I was looking for is a non invasive facial that provides instant result and leaves my skin looking healthier and younger!!! Logan Skincare - was the "answer for my prayers"! I believe in vibes and Shareese - a Person/Professional with very bright and positive vibes! 1. The place is very clean and cozy! It smells so good..not only the place but all the products ! Nice calming music! 2. The owner and the "Magician" Shareese is an expert! She knows what exactly your skin needs. My HydraFacial was tailored to the specific needs of my skin. 3. It took 1h30m ! So relaxing! It felt so good! I could feel every single step! This is not a usual facial as you imagine it. This treatment is perfunctory. Do not expect that you will be sitting under a fluffy towel and falling asleep. A Hydrafacial is all about getting to work on your skin. In fact I've read somewhere they call it a "gym workout for your skin"! So when I say I felt it.. I mean it! When my facial was done my skin was bright and glowing when I looked in a mirror. . My skin feels smoother and looks more radiant and plumped now. Honestly it was somewhat strange to touch my own face..it's like I got a new skin!
