NO MORE!!…read more I've supported Golden Bear Car Wash for over 30 years -- long before the current ownership took over -- and I gave this new team the benefit of the doubt through the transition. That patience is gone. Service here is a coin flip depending on who's working. One employee is consistently polite and professional. Another, who appears to be in a lead role, is a completely different story: confrontational, dismissive, and outright rude to customers. Yelled at in a foreign Language On my last visit, I walked over to the office simply to grab a towel while my car was being finished. This employee jumped up, visibly agitated, and snapped at me that I "didn't need to walk to the office" -- over a towel. In three decades as a customer, I have never been spoken to like that, for any reason. I loved this place and defended it through the ownership change. But loyalty only goes one way here now. I won't be back, and I'd think twice before recommending it to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

USE IT IR LOSE IR??? LOSE IT!!!…read moreWe usually come here 3 to 4 times a month. One guy comes out and is very very polite. He hand us a towel and a dash wipe. He washes the bugs off of our windshield and the front of our cars. We came in today and as we're pulling in the guy is finishing up washing the people in front of us windshield off, and then he walks inside. We pull up and we're waiting for several minutes and my husband finally has to get out to ask for a towel and the guy got upset with him and told him he doesn't have to come walking up to the office because he was on his phone and didn't want to be interrupted. Then he got very upset because my husband asked him if he could wash off our windshield, he did it quickly and literally through the Cleaning pole into the bucket and walked in, and he kept looking back at us. I won't be coming back here. This guy was an idiot to us and then he doesn't speak very good English, so it was also hard to communicate with him. He was getting frustrated that my husband couldn't understand him. Maybe that's why he was getting so upset.

It was a very violent noise, and I knew something wasn't right. As I was going through, it felt like the brushes were just hitting the car with too much force. Upon inspection, I found the passenger side mirror damaged. I reported the incident, and a young lady came out and took pictures, and filed the report. She said that some manager would review it and I should hear back in 3 to 7 business days. They didn't even send out a supervisor to talk with me. Needless to say, we are very upset. This car only has 442 miles. I will follow up with this post after I hear from the manager. I have heard back from the manager (Rebecca), and Mister Car Wash is going to take care of the mirror. She was very professional and genuinely concerned about the damage and making it right. We are very pleased as we have two other vehicles on the monthly pay plan and really wanted to stay with them. I am improving my rating to a 3 at this time. When the repairs are completed, I will come back and update this post with pictures and improve my rating if warranted.
