Instead, we had to repeatedly request routine attention, and even then, responses were delayed or inconsistent. When they finally showed up, the wrong equipment was sent for the job, not enough manpower, which led to incomplete results and more problems. When a written update did arrive from the company, it read more like a pity story than a straightforward service status--heavy on excuses, light on specifics, with no clear timelines. Bottom line: polished messaging, poor execution. If you need a snow company that's responsive, properly equipped, and able to handle routine service without being chased down, this wasn't it.
