When you navigate to the Kalispell location and browse or search it jumps to nationwide and then states a the top "equipment may not be available at every location. " I picked up the phone and gave the toll free number a ring. Asked the guy who answered and he said and I quote, "I'm not sure if you can do that [look at local inventory]. I got the feeling my 5 minutes of website browsing made me more an expert than the employee. Put me on hold then said he'd have someone call me back "as soon as possible". Who doesn't know or have access to their own inventory? Weird and frustrating. Looking for a pallet jack and will have to call the local guys or actually drive to them tomorrow. Their entire business is equipment rental and it baffles the mind that they don't offer a way for customers to look nor do even the employees know what a location has ib stock.

I had called ahead and scheduled two pieces of rental equipment for a weekend job several weeks ago to prep for some concrete work. That Friday even when the equipment hadn't yet been delivered I called the store to see why not, and they weren't even sure. They called me back 10 minutes later and said, "We figured out why we didn't have the equipment. The guy who rented it before you didn't bring it back. Can you just do your job another weekend?" No "We are so sorry," no "We'll make this right," literally not even an apology. I had take a day off of work and planned for the concrete guy to come the following week, and had to cancel everything because they just didn't have the equipment they told me they'd have when I reserved it 5 days earlier. I may at some point give these guys one more try, but I feel like I can't trust them now. I ended up renting the equipment with Western States Cat and they were great.

I am reviewing the billing department where you have to pay your account. We get a bill via mail…read moreand it's paid as soon as we get it each month. We have spent thought at the Polson store. They recently went to a new billing system. They have not got it figured out yet. We paid with a check in the mail Feb 28 for a bill Jan 26-feb 25. The next bill we get showed outstanding balance from that period and current bill for feb26-mar 25. I called to see what happened and was told it's the post office that is a.ontj behind. I give her the check number and the date it was sent. She told me I could.oay online...well if I had known that but nowhere in their billing does it say that. She told me where to go in the website to find it. So I paid the current bill. So we go in April 15 and want to get some wood and were told that we have an outstanding balance so we can't charge anything. WTF? She said that like 10 other people have had the same issue. Now I think it's the billing department that is F'd up. So I call April 16 in the morning and again am told it's the post office , they are behind. I call BS, it's their new system that they haven't figured out. I guess we will drive a little further and go to Home Depot or Lowe's. I told them I am putting a stop payment on the check and waiting several weeks to make sure they don't "find" it and cash it. This better not show up on my credit report . Get your s$#t together people. Quit blaming your issues on the post office , really 6 weeks for the post office , own up to your issues and causing issues for customers..and they charged a finance charge for the F$#k up. Really we have spent thousands always paid immediately when we got the bill. You changed over your billing system and lots of checks missing and you charge us a finance charge after we called several times and you kept saying it's the post office??? So wrong

When I returned it 2 and a 1/2 hours later, your representative was kind enough to only charge me for half day since I only used it for such a short time. I will definitely go back there for any of my rental needs.
