NOT A GOOD OPTION FOR YOUR WEDDING. Unreliable and rude. I needed portable toilets for my wedding and reached out to a number of potential services in the Kalispell area because I was hoping to find the quickest turnaround that was offered from drop-off to pick-up. I spoke with Keith over the phone and he assured me that he could have the toilets delivered and picked up in the time frame I was looking for. After speaking with him, I also emailed him to confirm that I would like to move forward and to confirm the drop-off and pick-up details and payment. Keith responded by email confirming the details and explained payment would be due on arrival. On the day of our scheduled drop-off (and wedding!), the toilets were no where to be seen. After crossing my fingers and reaching out to Keith to confirm that he was on his way and perhaps delayed, we were told that he had no record of the reservation, that he was in a completely different part of the valley that day, and that it "wasn't his job to babysit his clients." He offered no apology and refused to be responsible for missing our reservation. Obviously, I did not get the toilets that Keith assured me would be delivered and that I was prepared to pay him for, leaving me in a very tricky situation on a day when the last thing I wanted to think about was actual poop. That alone deserves this 1-star review, but his response, refusal to apologize or be accountable, and overall awful communication made this experience exceptional in all the wrong ways. I would strongly recommend finding a different service, particularly if you don't like "babysitting" your vendors. read more
