Her English is better than average there in Massage Ultra and I had very good conversation with my broken English while she was following my tough requests. I thought this was rather inconvenient because I arrived about 20 minutes early and had to wait outside in the rain because no one responded to my buzz (I assume Kate was with another client). I would definitely give Kate five stars on the massage, but I am not sure I'd return because of the office set up. I'd prefer to go to a spa or someplace with a reception area where I can relax a bit before the massage.
