From my experience, there really isn't a lot to say abou the Brighton hotel.
What you see is what you get, its just a basic corner pub with some tables and chairs to drink at, and some stools at the bar. I didn't see a food menu anywhere, but I didn't ask for one either, so you never know what might be available. The back end of the pub is dedicated to the pokies, if that's what you look for in a pub. If not, move on.
Theres also Premier Liquor next door, a liquor store, and I'm pretty sure they're the same business. The liquor store isn't even a walk in one - just a bar-type scenario when you can state what you're looking for on approach. A cool system I suppose, looks like it'd work more for efficiency than for customer service. No browsing you see - theres no actual store. Just a shop front.
I suppose that's the vibe of the hotel too. You'd come in here knowing what you want (booze), and as long as the place is nice (and it is, I suppose), you don't really mind where you are. read more
