So end up I was force to go ahead without cancelling the order for the electric shower. The shower is very very weak while turning on the full power. Phoned the salesperson, is not very helpful. Just offer me the phone number of mira and does not offer full refund. Dealing with Think Kitchens, though, as a supplier has been a nightmare. First, I have had to source all the fixtures and fittings myself in order to get the best deal (my handles, which Think told me they were supplying at cost, were 50% cheaper to buy online). Second, when there was a problem, Think basically washed their hands of it, leaving me to deal directly with SFG (who were fantastic - but who shouldn't have had to have me on the phone at all). Finally, at the end of the long and painful process, it was clear that Think hadn't done much thinking at all - there was a major flaw in the kitchen design that they hadn't spotted, which led to a whole heap of colour-matching issues. On balance, and despite SFG's beautiful kitchen, sadly I can't recommend Think.

A man come out to measure our room to see if what we wanted work work for the space and were sent a quote shortly afterwards. The work took 10 days. They completely stripped out the old bathroom, took away all debris on a regular basis, rewired the electricals, resited the pipes, installed a walk-in shower, tiles, sink, toilet, heated towel rail, cabinets and fan. They even supplied us with new flooring. Everything was done to the highest standards. The only thing they didn't do was paint! Our new bathroom is a joy to use and the envy of our friends and family. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to improve the bathroom/s in their home. The installers are all highly professional, have been working together for years and know their stuff (you will not end up with poor workmanship and delays like some other companies).
