When I first met Sue at our save the date photo shoot that she did out of the kindness of her heart, I knew she was going to be spectacular. Our engagement photos were taken at Beverly Lynch Park. She recommended the perfect time of the day to take them, found the perfect spots with the perfect amount of sunlight, and was so much fun to spend time with. You just know that she loves what she does and is an expert. Sue listened to us after our engagement photos about what we liked and what we didn't and put up with our 3 children. When I got there, no one really explained how anything worked. In the video I saw, they showed her how to connect to Bluetooth so she could play music, which is something I think most people would want, but no one told me that. I only found out later after asking. I originally booked the full-body room, but the camera angle was really unflattering. I'm tall, and it honestly felt like the setup was meant for someone much shorter. They tried adjusting the camera a bit, but it didn't help. When they came back in, I asked about music and they gave me the WiFi info then. The frustrating part is that the time they spent helping me with the camera and music was taken out of my session time. After that, they told me I only had a few minutes left, which didn't feel fair since those were things they should've explained at the start. I ended up switching to a headshot room because I was so unhappy with the full-body photos. The angle was better, but the colors in the photos looked really off. My nude lipstick and pink blush both came out looking orange and my skin toned pink and strange. There wasn't any option to adjust lighting or edit anything, so I was stuck with it. I think the idea of this place is great, but it definitely needs improvement.

To my delight, the photo booth ended up being the star of the show. I couldn't have been more pleased with my purchase. There was a steady stream of party goers eager to get their candid photos taken to document a fun night with friends and colleagues. And with their flat rate pricing, I was able to encourage people to use the photo booth as much as they wanted without worrying about extra fees. Not that they needed any encouragement the booth was slammed all night and till this day it's still a topic of conversation from the party attendees. The booth was top notch. Comfortable for two and with the privacy of the lush black curtains, I felt like a kid at the boardwalk arcade snapping a few timeless memories. This isn't your grandfather's photo booth though. Sure it prints out 2 photo strips within seconds of your pose, but it comes complete with large a color LCD display, video recording capabilities, email, and even the ability to post photos directly to facebook! This booth is first class. The booth alone was worth every penny, but what made the whole process a joy was the jovial owners of the company. From the very beginning of the transaction they were a joy to work with. They accommodated my schedule and needs, showed up early and left once the party had cleared out; even though they could have left earlier per our contract. These guys really had an interest in making my party awesome. You can tell they love what they do and love making people happy. Their prices are competitive but that type of service is priceless! I've already made arrangements to have them at another event. This time I'm going to take advantage of their custom branding on the photo strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. Hire these guys and you will not be disappointed!
