The etiquette of the receptionist there is not complimentary to the practice. As someone whose spent several years of my life at that same station, I was always aware that my conduct and professionalism were a direct reflection of the company. The appointment confirmation system does not include all pertinent information required to confirm an appointment (ie the time of said appointment) and the documentation for different services and procedures appear to be cut and paste templates as the wording is identical. As parents with more than one child, busy schedules and budgeted finances, it would be nice...well...any parent out there knows what I'm getting at. Very disappointed in the "customer service" side of this office. The doctor and dental staff do great work, but a chain is only as strong as its weakest link. And to add, we just tried to get an appt to fix two of the braces she literally just put in like 2 weeks ago and can't be seen for another 2 weeks. Rude receptionist hung up on my husband. Great staff and Dr Julia was terrific, very happy with results from the adult Invisalign.

The office staff is extremely rude. My daughter is walking around with a loose brace and wire and they are not even willing to swap her appointment with my son's who has an earlier appointment to see her sooner. That tells me that they are overbooking patients constantly, they are unwilling to compromise or care about patients. There is always a long wait to be seen even when you are on time (up to 45 min). The doctor is very good with kids but the way the office is run leaves a lot to be improved upon. They also make you write confidential information like credit card numbers on pieces of paper instead of actually abiding by info privacy laws or moving into the digital age and using encryption. read more

Never in my life have I seen such an attitude! Her stuff is not trained to do the job. On top of that they are ignorant and arrogant. I called them to ask if Dr. Starobinets takes my dental plan. I have been told me that it was MY JOB to verify that -?! So, I called my insurance company myself and found out that Dr. Starobinets was in-network. When I came to the office, her billing person told me that she had never seen my dental plan before, so it was not good. I asked if I could speak to the Doctor. I have been told that the doctor was busy with another patient...Meanwhile it was my appointment time...After waiting for 40 mins or so, I asked another young woman at the front desk for help. She replied: "What do you want? We gave you a good price already. Do not waist our time"... I just left. Will never be back. read more

Dr. Starobinets is the best! Both of my daughters have gone through several stages of braces and teeth correction with Dr. Starobinets and we couldn't be happier with the results. Before Dr. Starobinets, it was always a struggle to get my daughters to the orthodontist or dentist willingly, but with Dr. Starobinets there was absolutely no problem. Dr. Starobinets is very knowledgeable and makes all of her patients feel comfortable at all times. She spends time explaining everything to both the parent and child. I searched for the perfect orthodontist for my daughter and after meeting other orthodontists I was lucky to have found Dr. Starobinets. When given the option of who to choose, my daughter picked Dr. Starobinets for the fact that she spoke to her and discussed (not dismissed) her questions and concerns, even though she was a kid. I picked Dr. Starobinets for her knowledge and her fantastic bedside manner. My younger kids ultimately went to her as well after seeing the amazing results that their sister had. And now that they're done and have gorgeous smiles, I'm a patient as well. The office is immaculate and the staff is second to none. The assistants in the back are friendly and helpful. The ladies in the front always go above and beyond - from finding the right time that works with your schedule, to dealing with insurance questions, they always are patient and kind.
