I was honestly a bit terrified. Those panels looked like they survived a mud wrestling match with some very messy birds! But then you worked your magic, and the after photos blew me away. Our solar collection went from a sad 25% all the way up to 80%--and sometimes even hitting 100%! At this rate, I'm expecting them to start sending me thank-you notes. I also have to commend your punctuality. Not only did you show up on time, but your responses to my messages were so prompt, I thought you might have a secret hotline to the solar gods. Excellent. Did what he said he would do excellently…read more It is so hard to find people who take pride and care in their work. Preston is definitely that. He cared about our home and the work that he presented. He offers a good price but what was more important was that he is trustworthy. We got our roof power washer bc we had a lot of algae caked on. We also got our solar panels cleaned. We were very cautious with finding trustworthy people in case they broke or scratched it, we would never know since we don't go on the roof. We also got our windows cleaned, inside and out. And I'll just say that was the most amazing thing we did. I didn't realize how clean our house could look just with cleaned windows. Highly recommend. We will be repeat customers.

He went up on the roof , confirmed pigeons were living under the panels and gave me a quote the same day. Completely exceeded my expectations.

1 Star - Proceed With Caution!…read more We contacted this business for a quote and spoke with someone who identified himself as "Brian." Before providing any pricing information, he requested our full name and home address. We provided the information via text message as requested. After that, we never received a quote, a follow-up, or any response at all despite multiple attempts to reach out. It was frustrating to be asked for personal information upfront only to be completely ignored afterward. In our experience, this felt unprofessional and raised concerns about how customer information is handled. If you're considering contacting this business, be careful about the personal information you share until you've established that they are responsive and legitimate. Based on our experience, the lack of communication after collecting our information was a major red flag! Proceed with caution...

Reuben was super responsive and easy…read moreto work with on the estimate and scheduling, and Bernardo did an incredible job out in the field. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!
