He cared about our home and the work that he presented. He offers a good price but what was more important was that he is trustworthy. We got our roof power washer bc we had a lot of algae caked on. We also got our solar panels cleaned. We were very cautious with finding trustworthy people in case they broke or scratched it, we would never know since we don't go on the roof.
