Going here for SAT prep was by far one of the best decisions I've ever made. My SAT score improved from an 1120 to a 1450 in just 3 months. My mom was looking to put me into an SAT prep program and of course she looked at all the big name tutoring companies such as Huntington and C2 education, but we were not impressed by any of them. However, when we went to Bright Leadership Academy, we were greeted by not only Dr. Shaikh, but the nice staff as well. We got a tour of the place and he even allowed me to sit in the class so I could experience how the class worked. We decided that this tutoring center was the best one on Staten Island and I enrolled in the SAT prep class. Throughout my time here, I believe that the small class sizes and the individualized attention I received from my knowledgeable tutors really helped me improve my score. Overall, the class was a lot of work as I was assigned a decent amount of homework everyday, but the end result of over a 300 point increase in my score is worth it. read more

THIS PLACE IS A GARBAGE! inside a mans basement! not even that dr sheikh does not know how to teach, he blames every little thing on the students, and he asks for personal information. Such as credit card info and if you buy something and tell him he will ask how much did you pay, dont get me wrong the staff is amazing mr zafar is and will always be my favorite instructor, dr sheikh on the other had will make you feel stupid almost most of the time you are there, and he yells at you for things that are microscopic, he is a bad leader and teaches the wrong concept.
