Enrollment process was terrible. People from the Brookline location kept directing me to an online registration form that wasn't working. When I told them, they recommended I call headquarters, which I did. I spoke to one person initially, who told me my registration was all set and processed. When I called headquarters again after a week because I did not receive a confirmation, I spoke with another person who said nothing was processed and that I owe $150 for the registration fee. This is specifically after the first person told me I do not need to pay the fee on account of where I worked. So I chose to no longer complete my registration. Fast forward two weeks, I receive an email out of the blue from someone from Bright Horizons to register online, with a note that the fee can be waived depending on where I work. This time, the form is working. I went through the registration process and at the end, it said I did not owe any money. After I set up my account, however, I saw a $150 charge that was created on the date I spoke with the second person from headquarters. I reached back out to the person who emailed me, who recommended I call headquarters...
The disorganized nature of this entire process, which has dragged on for more than a month, makes me hesitant to trust them with the care of my future child. read more
