One thing to note is that the building is labed B.E. Yoga, not Soul Yoga & Wellness. The studio itself is spacious, clean, and inviting. I especially loved the wooden floors and that the back doors were wide open, bringing in lots of fresh air. My class was with Amy, and she was fantastic. She has such a warm and welcoming personality and made everyone feel comfortable with whatever pace they needed to go at. She was encouraging and I look forward to taking more classes with her. There is a nice intro offer that lets you try out a lot of different classes to really find the instructor that works for you. You can tell the great instructors as their classes often have waiting lists, but you can almost always get into the class you want either by signing up early or showing up just before the class. The spin studio has Keiser bikes and they are kept well maintained. The room is kept dark, there are 3 rows of bikes, about 36 total. Good ventilation, free towels, and everyone is really friendly. There are two screens that rank all the riders, you can choose to be on it or not. The yoga classes also have great instructors. The hot yoga is really great. It is the only hot yoga I go to, all the other hot yoga studios stick badddd. This room has a hardwood floor, good ventilation, and is kept clean -- so no nasty hot yoga stank. I am so happy to have found this place. It is just so much better -- better facility, better instructors, better classes.

Ultimately, the $20 fee was more important to them than staying on good terms with a long time customer. EDIT: I notified you of my intent to cancel 6/19 and you refused to do so. You crediting me back was not a "kindness" but a legal requirement of the contract we signed. You charging me $20 to fix your mistake is absolutely disgusting, and any reasonable human would agree. You know the $20 fee wouldn't stand in court, but you also know it's not worth my time to continue to fight it. You have no integrity and you should be ashamed of yourself.

This place has been accused of being hard to deal with their subscriptions, and that has absolutely…read morebeen proven true. They will take your money and have extremely predatory contracts Upon signing up for the trial membership, we were excited to try it out. Essentially you pay for a two week membership, it was cool, but my wife and I weren't certain on things and decided to put the membership on hold. When we told them this, the employee never actually processed the "pause" on our end so I was charged. Obviously I was frustrated, but they then decided to refund me after fighting pretty hard for it, I'm assuming solely because they wanted my business back. Fast forward to a month later, In the trial agreement, and per the employees, if you put the membership on pause it will remain like that until you decide to change it. Literally says in the terms that it can stay paused for at MINIMUM 1 month. Not maximum, and their employees verified this. At no point does it say anything about reactivating my membership, yet they choose to do exactly that and charge me $180 with no explanation. Upon reaching out to the business, they took multiple days to respond to our emails, and since we were planning to cancel, they would not be refunding our money. Essentially saying "we'll keep your money now even though we had no right to charge you, because this time we won't get anymore from you" It's really disheartening to see a local business, claiming to be intertwined with the community only to find predatory practices to rip them off. At first I could see this as a form of miscommunication, but after ignoring us, then responding with a no, THEN following up with a double down on a no because it's "too late for us to process" when you took days to respond is disgusting. This business sucks, and I wanted to love it.
