I came to the realization that it is no longer healthy to be so isolated and I must take action - especially since our office just closed again. As I build my new routine to start the year, I found this great coworking space over in Long Beach, which is about 20-ish minutes away from me. I called this morning and spoke to Kristen. She gave me a tour and discussed the ins-and-outs of the various setups. She was super friendly and not pushy in the slightest. I'm currently doing a trial to see if it's a good fit. So far so good! It's good to get out of the house and be around fellow remote workers and entrepreneurs, all working and focused on their own tasks at hand.

After not going there for 5 months I found out that they were charging my debit card $45/month and were going to continue to do so. When I complained a guy named Graham told me that I signed an agreement to be charged monthly. Important to note that this is a guy I never met. When I look at the contract, I circled the $45/8 hr option but under that "monthly" was hand written in the "office use only" space. Also odd is that, even though Kristin was the one who I filled the contract out with, it was Graham who signed as representative of Bridgeworks. Odd right? What is even more odd is that the word "monthly" is obviously written in Graham's handwriting. See photo. So Graham took it upon himself to write "monthly" on my contract and set up recurring monthly charges without me even knowing it. So that is their scam. They have you fill out the top portion of the agreement and sign it, then back in management offices Graham fills in the rest and pretty much writes whatever he wants. Total scam!!! Beware!!!

I do love the fact that when you're in break you could either eat at the food court then have in the second floor or in the little sit down area they provide. For the food court, you have to go to the second floor and walk to your right almost like you're walking to the elevators. Before going to them, you make a left and walk down a hallway till you get to this entry way to your left. That's where you enter in. The sit area isn't really small. It probably has about 15 small 4 seaters and about 3 tall eight seaters. It had two circle seats which had palm trees in the middle of them with charging ports as well. That's at the front of the plaza as soon as you walk in. There is also a bank/ATM and a decent sized concession stand. At the other side is where you go up/down going up to the second floor. Which u know has a jewelry store, a law firm and I think a bank. There are elevators to the other floors as well, but I am unsure of what's on those floors. They decorate for Christmas on the inside with these big snowflakes and that are hanging in the sitting area along with about 8 trees with white lights. They have a huge Christmas tree on the outside before you walk into the doors with colored lights on and a star at the top. The second floor has another decent sized tree decorated with white lights and red, silver and white decorations
