I will be moving into my very first apartment, in a new city (Fresno) in March. I never shopped for apartments before and this was even more nerve wrecking because I was in a different city. BUT THIS MANAGER made this the most stress free and relaxing experience I have ever had. She was the 3rd apartment complex we saw and she walked us through everything! She is a person that will explain everything in detail, leaving no room for questions and create a positive and stress free environment. All of the reviews about her on this page ARE TRUE! 2. The apartments themselves are beautiful and so cheap! They are very well taken care of and look remodeled. The patio is huge! I am moving to Fresno and I have heard many stories about the crazy heat during the summers. This apartment complex is very shaded with trees and the tile floors through out the apartment will help cool down the place during summers (so much more better than carpet!). Also, the kitchen looks very well taken care of, all white (very country home style!) and so much room for storage throughout the apartment! The pool and tennis courts add a nice touch and the picnic area looks great for BBQ parties. Once again, l I have not signed a lease and have not moved in so this is just from my first impressions. The reason I decided to make this post was to just inform those apartment shoppers out there to check out this place! Meet the manager and ask away. Once again, I am a newby at apartment shopping and the experience I had at Sierra Meadows stood out so much to me, that I just had to post it!

It seems as though the property isn't being maintained. There is trash everywhere for extended periods of time leading to unpleasant smells and flies everywhere. The vehicle gates are obnoxiously loud upon entering and exiting. The main gate is a safety concern as it now slams shut and is heavy. It is very hard to get into contact with the new manager. I constantly go to the office during business hours however she is rarely there. On many occasions she is outside taking pictures of constantvehicles as well as parking them in no parking zones. Rent is not cheap here and for it to look like this is unfortunate.

From the moment we walked into the leasing office we felt welcomed and we have loved it ever since. The complex is clean, safe and quiet and the amenities are amazing! You won't find a better community in the area, I am so happy we decided to live here!

When I first did my…read morewalkthrough there were bugs all throughout the apartment and they apologized for not cleaning it before but that should have been my sign to leave day 1. However the lease was already signed and they insisted this wasn't an issue but that the apartment had been sitting. They have pest control but I've lived here three months and have called pest control three times and the issue still exists. You even see the water bugs dead outside your front door often. Waking up to use the restroom in the middle of the night to see big bugs on your floor or in your cabinets is not comfortable. No matter what I do, these bugs are showing up everyday. You also have to pay for pest control now. If you don't care about bugs you'll be fine. The appliances in the kitchen are old for these being luxury apartments. The gym is old and lacks equipment. Maintenance is very fast and office always answers calls. For the people saying the office people are never here, it's because they are at the sister property across the street but you can always go there or call. The units are also spacious and garages are a good size.

The grounds are very well kept, it's pin-drop quiet at night and very safe. The rent is reasonable for the area and we're grateful we found our home here. Managers are the heart of any complex (if you've ever had a bad one, you know!) and ours (Susan) is friendly, efficient and absolutely awesome at her job. We are very lucky to have one that listens, responds quickly and is on top of everything. Our maintenance man, Felipe, is also wonderful & is always available for anything we may need him for. Woodbridge is a pet friendly community which lends to the neighborly interaction of the residents. The property manager,Jennifer handles requests quickly and efficiently- with a GENUINE smile. Lorenzo, a leasing agent here, is AND an excellent ambassador. I do believe he played a huge role in our decision to look no further. Recently, despite the rain, the annual "Tenant Appreciation Luau" was held. Food and music and games... I'm told another event will be held in July. Construction of a new community room and office space is to begin soon as well. While the small town friendly feel of Woodbridge is comforting, it may not and does not appeal to all. You can still certainly keep to yourself quite easily. So yes, five stars.

Some friends had lived here previously and recommended it while I needed a place to live while looking for a more long-term housing arrangement (i.e. a house!). We were lucky to get an updated unit with hard flooring in the living room, kitchen and hallways. We also had a washer-dryer hook-up, though some units don't have them. Overall it was a quiet place to live, friendly neighbors, a covered parking spot was provided and when I did use the communal laundry it was all in working order. The grounds and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly. The office staff changed over in the short time I was there but were helpful in getting us set up. I didn't use the pools or courts but they got a lot of use. There's a box with a call centre for entry which didn't always work well but the complex felt safe and secure. Our actual unit was fine: though having no overhead lighting or fans in the bedrooms was a total pain. Other than that it's pretty 80s, not the most up to date but everything worked and nothing broke. The one time I did call maintenance (my bad) they came the next day. The move-out process was smooth and fair. If you're looking for a standard apartment at a standard price that's centrally located this is a safe bet.

These neighbors have been noisy all day every day since they moved in. I have made numerous complaints with the onsite management, security, their corporate office as well as Fresno PD. They have done the absolute minimum to address the issue. I even have recordings of the neighbor, specifically the wife, constantly berating and cursing her kids out, mainly when the husband isn't home. A lot of tenants have dogs where they don't pick up after them so you can't even enjoy laying out by the pool on a blanket in the grass because you might get dog shit on you. Kids are destroying the apartment property and digging the rocks from the ground and throwing them in the driveway. Now, I come out to a note on my car, asking if I own the parking space because I haven't moved my car in a while. I have access to multiple vehicles so I drive one more than the other. At the end of the day, that's none of that person's business. But to feel comfortable tampering with people's private property and having management respond saying they will monitor that area more, mind you there is no onsite security. But you can send a text message blast about some freaking rocks. Might as well live in the ghetto. As least you know what to expect. Don't move here.
