Whippany KinderCare has turned out to be one of the biggest blessings for our family for so many reasons. One of the things we are so impressed by and pleased with is how much the director (Chelsea) and assistant director (Leah) are involved with all the kids. If we ever have a question, they always are aware of how our daughter is doing because they keep tabs with her teacher on the regular and can answer anything with confidence. Seeing how our daughter was progressing, it was suggested that we move her up a class. We were a little nervous to do this six weeks early but with their support and after being offered to do a trial day, to our surprise everything went amazingly well! Our daughter is learning so much and we already see such an improvement in her language development (both sign and vocal) and other skills like how to use utensils and not throw food at the table. It truly is such a joy to see how much she is growing here. As a parent, you obviously want nothing but the best care for your kid and we have no doubt we made the right decision with Whippany KinderCare. Especially during the pandemic, knowing that the center has been taking every reasonable precaution (temperature checks at the door, constant sanitizing of the school, the use of masks for teachers and children, no outside toys, etc.) further gives us peace of mind that our daughter is in safe hands. We really couldn't be happier and feel so grateful to have found this center and appreciate so much how much love and care all the teachers and staff give towards our daughter.

Head teacher Loretta claims to have been running school for "30 plus years." A couple of my issues…read morewith her are 1) she says she had to write up a report due to my son hitting someone or pulling hair. I have NEVER seen one of these reports and he has attended almost a year. 2) she strapped my son to a high chair to get him to stop Running around. 3) she said she went over every behavioral need that he needed though we never once had one meeting about my son to figure out a game plan. 2) my child is very active and doesn't want to sit around doing circle time or coloring or dancing he always has to be doing something. These girls (who are not trained only like 2 of them have been there a couple years) don't wanna deal with a child like that. 3)my son was always left to the side. I've had to leave work early, or not go in at all because he was "acting up" EVEN THOUGH he hugged every child on that playground before he left to go home with me. 4)Loretta tells me at 4:30pm in the middle of the week that my son is no longer wanted at her school and she wants him out. She said "were asking he doesn't come in tomorrow... three teachers of mine quit because of your son I'm Not going to jeopardize my business because of one kid" because of this I now sit home everyday and have lost my job due to no child care because every other daycare I have called is full. Minus the attitude from staff (who's children attend the school as well) and the "head owner" Loretta there are 20 plus minutes of wait time when you text that you're here for your child. Or there are multiple clothing articles that I have not received back OR I have gotten by mistake every day AND asked on my personal time to DRIVE to the school to return said articles of clothing to the right parent!!!! Are you serious?. With that being said.... Thank you Loretta you knew my situation when I came to you and assured me that you "work with children" you don't "give up." Bull SHIT and a big fuck you.

We love the school so much that I sucked it up for a full year and made two 24 mile round trips per day so my daughter could graduate there. We tried one of the large well known chains and there's no comparison. Busy Bee's small, family owned school made me feel like I was dropping my kids off with family.
