I was introduced to Dr. McGraw by a friend who had been to Dr. McGraw for his back injury. He came highly recommended. The first time I went in was over a year ago. I, idiotically, moved a big cement flower pot by myself and tweaked my back bad. I went to a dr, acupuncturist, massage therapy before my friend suggested Dr. McGraw. I finally saw Dr. McGraw. He listened, took his time asking questions and diagnosing me. He adjusted my back twice and I was back to new within two weeks. This was after suffering, apparently needlessly, for a month. Why I didnt just go to a chiropractor is beyond me. Lesson learned. So fast forward to this weekend, somehow I tweaked my back and I was having a lot of pain. I didnt wait this time, and called at 0630 this morning to ask for an appt. I got a voice mail but received a call back 10 minutes later getting me in the SAME day. Talk about AMAZING service!!! WOW! It is hard to find any company that offers that type of service. I went in, and again, after just a few adjustments, my back is already feeling better. Dr. McGraw is a very kind, approachable, professional yet friendly Dr. I love talking to him and listening to his advise about back issues. He is so informative and wise in the area of chiropractic care. The staff at the clinic are so nice. Especially Tawni. They know you by name, are quick, professional, efficient and friendly. They always make you feel very welcome and valued as customers. Billing is never an issue and they handle all of your claims appropriately. Their clinic is a newer professional building. Napavine is, indeed, very lucky to have this amazing dr and his staff in Napavine. I don't live in Lewis County but will continue to drive to this clinic for the excellent treatment and service I receive here. Thanks Dr. McGraw and staff!

For the first time in my 29 years of life I walked out of a chiropractors office feeling no pain. I have scoliosis and chronic hip & neck pain. I have seen so many chiropractors in my life (from being a little kid until now) and he is THE FIRST chiropractor to look at my spines curve and inspect the muscles surrounding the curve and adjusting to how my curve lays. He literally adjusted my body head to toe. When he was done he had me walk around a little bit and I said to him "is this really what it feels like to not walk around in pain?'. I will say today (the next day) my muscles HURT which he warned me about. They are panicking because...my body is adjusted correctly! He popped my neck in a spot no chiro has ever got and I swear l saw stars for a few mins lol. He will be my new chiropractor for the rest of my life and I will refer him to every single human I meet. Thank you Dr Moeckel for helping my pain and making me cry happy tears.

Two days after my first appt appointment, I called to cancel the appointment I had for today because I was still in too much pain from my first appointment to go through the therapy again so soon. I was informed that I would be charged a cancellation fee, and that I had signed paperwork agreeing to that. I understood that cancelling a same day appointment would incur a $25 fee and accepted that financial responsibility. I explained that I was not prepared to go forward with the currently consecutive appointments they have scheduled for me because the pain was severe enough that it feels like I need to wait longer before continuing. The person then said that I would have no guarantee of when they would have any appointments available. I acknowledged and accepted that there would be uncertainty about when they would have availability. The conversation then got weird and it seemed to be a problem for the woman on the other end of the line. I finally said not to bother, I wouldn't schedule any future appointment with them at all. I have no idea what happened or why she took such offense to my request to delay my therapy. Bizarre! I invite a manager to contact me if they would like more information.
