The report was extremely detailed and included numerous pictures of my actual vehicle issues as well as short animated videos explaining them. Because of my vehicle's age and limited value, I declined the work. The service advisor was very understanding about this, and they sent their courtesy vehicle to my house to give me a ride back to the shop. I offered to pay a diagnostic fee (since I declined the work) but they refused. They said it was all part of the courtesy inspection. Throughout my entire experience, everyone on the CBA staff was very polite and courteous. Even more so, in my opinion, since I had to decline the work. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this shop. I will definitely be using them to service my next vehicle.
