Excellent fry's. Service was super. New owner and getting his feet on the ground. Nice view of the marina and fishing boats.

Super views and best fish and chips and tarter sauce I've ever tasted. I didn't want it to end.

OK, this bakery rocks! If you are going to or passing through lady smith, this place is worth a…read morestop. We were walking and saw a huge line so we continued walking, and then came back and the line was still long! We wanted to get some pasties and coffee so waited patiently (about 10-12 mins) in line. They have such a huge collection of pies, tarts, sausage rolls, croissants, cookies, breads and cinnamon rolls, etc. We couldn't decide what to get and don't want to go crazy as we had bought pasties earlier on from elsewhere, so bought two different cinnamon buns and a latte. The poppy seed and cream cheese cinnamon buns were incredible! Latte was delicious! Haven tried the rhubarb and strawberry cinnamon bun yet but looking forward to it tomorrow! There are limited tables and seats inside but it's crowded. The staff are friendly and the regular locals are amazing! We had a chat with the lovely folks in the line and they were recommending what they love, which was pretty special! I'm giving five stars because they deserve it - their food, drinks and hospitality.

I came for some cinnamon rolls as they are reputed to be the best around. However, since I got here 15 minutes before they closed, the lady in front of me bought the last two cinnamon rolls and I was left wanting. The staff here is very cool and helpful. Maybe some other time I can try a cinnamon roll.

Lots of local beer on tap, full bar and our knowledgeable bartender makes a luscious OLD FASHIONED, too. I enjoyed the local gin, too. I am a visitor and I felt very welcomed by the staff AND the local characters that frequent the pub. I was lucky enough to visit for 2 evenings. I want to return soon for the MUSSELS, the locals and this efficiently run pub. Lots of parking in front of the pub and there is another lot on the left before the right turn into their parking lot.

They used my favorite-beer batter which was perfect. We were disappointed with the fact that the fish wasn't from the area. Our server admitted this and that there was some regulation that didn't allow them to serve local fish. I wasn't sure exactly why. I had hoped for locally caught halibut or rockfish or something. But for fish brought in from the great unknown, it was good. My husband got creative and tried the Buffalo Cauliflower and Karaage Chicken. Both of them looked a little strange to me...The Buffalo Cauliflower was overly spicy hot. He didn't finish it. He liked the chicken better. A big shout-out to Camryn, our server. She was delightful! We really enjoyed talking to her. She was very personable and friendly. You'll be lucky if she's your server! The atmosphere in the pub was very nice. The prices were very reasonable!
