That's when I found Monica. Monica had listed one of the computers I was looking for on Facebook. The most important specifications were in the ad, but I had a couple more. Monica is the exclusive reason this computer sits in my home office today. I have never in my life walked into a Pawn shop to browse. Monica brought me in because of her immediate, detailed, and accurate answers to my questions. She was knowledgeable about the computer, and had it all set up for me when I arrived at Pawn USA in Des Plaines, where I happen to work.
