Cornwall Square is the only enclosed mall in Cornwall. It's what one would expect of a mall in a…read moresmall city, the usual chain type stores (like Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Hallmark, Coles, Showcase, Stokes, Bentley, La Senza) and a small food court with mostly chain restaurants (like Subway, A&W, Tim Hortons).
Fashionistas will be very sad. They have matronly places like Northern Reflections and Alia "N" Tanjay. The other stores are Cleo, Garage, Urban Planet, Eclipse, and Maurices. Not the best shopping, IMO.
There was a Sears there once upon a time, and the last time I was there the former Sears space was occupied by an auctioneer liquidator and they had lots of clearance stuff ranging from clothes and shoes to housewares and small gadgets. A lot of their items were junky (IMO), but I did see some high end shoe brands like Mephisto, Dansko, Reiker, ART, and El Naturalista going for about $40 or less, but nothing in my freak shoe size 5 unfortunately, but they had lots of "normal sizes" like 7, 8, and 9. It was kind of fun to poke around in that store, but overall, I think the mall is a place for locals to run errands. It's not a shopping destination.
There is free parking in the attached parking lot.
