This was the last shop out of three that I went to last year after getting engaged in June, knowing how long it typically takes for a gown to ship and get altered I knew that I needed to have something ordered by the fall of last year for our spring wedding. This boutique is small and they only take scheduled appointments, it's run by Shana and her assistant Scarlet who are super helpful throughout the entire process! I emailed them and scheduled a Saturday morning appointment with my mom and bridesmaids, already knowing what I was looking for we found the dress and she was a stunner! We placed the order at the end of August and communication throughout the entire process was wonderful! Scarlet let me know when the dress arrived in February and their in house seamstress got to work and did the most amazing job altering the dress! The dress could possibly be from a past year or current, but the cool part is they have many off the rack dresses. They start at bridal size 6 and to me that was the best part. You wouldn't be able to order all of these in your size, you'd have to find it, but you'll also save a good bit of money and will be able to take the dress home right away. I found many size 6 dresses that fit perfectly, and chose 1 that same day. Highly recommend bestow if this is what you are looking for. Another person was complaining about making them wash their hands - they do that with everyone - it's important because the dress you try on and say no to is the same dress someone else will say yes to. When I first met Linda Asef I was greeted with a chic that was engaged and interested! I could tell immediately she was a true artist! This girl had style too!! After getting to know each other I showed her my inspiration photos and the magic started happening! She is so knowledgeable and really got my attention when she said "textiles are my drug of choice". I knew immediately this was the woman I wanted to make my gown, and man, did she?! The ENTIRE experience was absolutely amazing. She did sketches, showed me fabrics and even had one of her connects make the fabric for my skirt as a one of a kind.. hell, the entire ensemble was one of a kind! The beading for the top was so intricate and was hand made to specifically fit my body! I actually have the gown on a mannequin stand in my vanity room so I could see it every day and I ended up using it in my upcoming (then) wedding! Yes, it was that great! I designed my wedding around it! AND she had a jewelry artist design a piece for my hair TO COMPLIMENT THE DRESS!!!! It was so perfect and I can't go on enough about my experience! He wanted to see the dress and he asked that I deliver it to his office to see for himself why I was so angry about my experience little did I know that he was a personal friend of Lindas so once again I was silenced ! She actually made his wifes wedding dress so my attempt to get and unbiased opinion was void and nil so I took it into my own hands ! I wanted a full refund of the deposit I gave of $450.00 for the $700.00 dress ,anyone reading this for the first time and seeing the pictures would understand ! The tailor ( I will not say his name ) but he sews custom for very influential customers . I know him because he had made suits for my husband . He and his wife are honest to the core . The lawyer offered me $25.00 , I refused but it was an appropriate amount, that is all it was worth ! He mailed the dress back to me in a FedEx box and I left it there until 2 weeks ago ! My husband was considering a new suit so he went to have a consult ! I took the opportunity to go with him and show the owners wife the dress . I told her I was told that this was expensive french chiffon ! She shook her head and was in disbelief! She then told me I could have done better at Target ! Yes I trusted Linda .. but if you are a new client , beware !

I went to pick up my wedding gown from Unbridaled and wept with tears. I unfortunately had gained a…read morewhole LOT of weight and didn't even realize how much until my gown arrived. I was in shear panic mode...here it was the end of May and my wedding was the first week of August. I had lost weight quickly before since I have a tiny frame, but then panic was real. They recommend that I call Kira and LUCKILY she was able to fit me in!! If you can I would make your appointment with her as soon as you order your dress and have a round about time when it should arrive. My friend tried to book with her a few days after me and she was already filled up, and trust me you want her to work on your dress! The first appointment I went to with her was two weeks after my dress had arrived, and I had worked my butt off dieting and working out. We almost got it to zip, so there was hope! We discussed many options though including adding a corset (which I didn't want to do at all) and she assured me after looking that should could let it out at least an inch or two if needed. She told me to keep doing what I was doing as she could see the difference and I continued to work hard. She was so kind and helpful when it came to talking about my options and my EXTREMELY tight deadline. We scheduled another appointment four weeks later, and luckily the dress zipped up! My dress was ordered custom length due to my extreme shortness so luckily with my shoes I didn't need my hemline done. My bustle was something I was concerned with with my dress have a lace train. She was so patient and walked me through so many options and we finally found that was easy and looked great! At my final fitting I asked if she could let it out slightly so I could breathe, and she was able to give me about 3/4 of an inch so the dress still hugged my curves perfectly, but I was able to breathe in it and be comfortable all night. Her work was seamless and no one would have ever know that my dress had been let out! I would highly recommend her to anyone, because she can work wonders! She was so patient and sweet and wonderful to me, during what could be an extremely stressful ordeal. Honestly I am so glad I didn't bring any girlfriends or my mom to my fitting because she was so perfect and calming and honest about my dress! TRUST ME! JUST TRUST HER! She knows exactly what she is doing and won't point you in the wrong direction! Also I was expecting to spend so much on my alterations and my cost was not nearly that bad for what I had budgeted. However just keep in mind I did not need my dress hemmed. I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately when I called her she was booked but she referred me to Kira. Kira was a dream to work with from the beginning. I had 4 (I think) fittings and they were all so quick and easy. Her shop is adorable, I loved going to visit her. I lost quite a bit of weight after the first fitting (which is usually the biggest one) and when I went to try it on for the second fitting it almost fell off of me. Kira didn't panic and was able to fix it. The week of the wedding I went to try it on one last time and the chest area was not fitting right at all. I panicked naturally since I had to leave the very next day ... Kira was calm and collected and assured me it would all be fine. She was right. My dress fit me like a glove and I loved every second I spent in it. Thank you Kira for making my dreams come true!

My dress came in 2 months late. no big deal, I went to go, try it on, and the dress was damaged. The shop agreed to fix the dress, they said it would take a few months. They never updated me on when the dress was going to be ready. I had to call and email in order to get an update. At this point I wasn't very stressed out because we still had months until the wedding. I finally got an update. The store said the dress was fixed, however, it looked even worse than it did originally. At this point they just said they would order a new dress for me entirely. I was totally fine with that. They never gave me an update as to when the dress would be arriving. I called and emailed a few months later to ask when it would be here and they gave me a date. That date came and went and they never reached out to me. I had to call again to get an update. Finally they give me another arrival date, it never came and they again didn't update me. Getting an update from them was like pulling teeth. I finally got pretty frustrated because it had been almost a year since we originally ordered the dress and my wedding was getting very close. I had to tell them if it wasn't here within a few weeks then I didn't want the dress anymore. Magically two days later the dress arrived. I go to try it on, and the dress has the same issue as the first one AND another even more noticeable issue. I was so upset and frustrated at this point because to me, it looks like the same dress but with another issue. I told them at this point that I didn't even want the dress anymore. Itold them to keep it and I just wanted a refund. Obviously they didn't want the dress because no one would buy it full price in that condition. They tried to gaslight me and tell me the dress looked fine when it was very clearly ripped in two places. They would not give me my money Back.I was more than reasonable the months and months I didn't hear back from them I didn't make a scene. I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge, which added even more stress on me and made the whole dress shopping experience really unenjoyable. It was supposed to be exciting and it definitely was not. I had to get an entire new dress 3 months from the wedding. After feeling out of place and disconnected at other shops, this was the first time I actually pictured myself as a bride. Jin's sweet dog Chloe added to the charm of the whole experience. Between the stunning selection and the warm, welcoming vibe, it was a wonderful experience.
