Every bite felt like the perfect example of what a burger should be. The season fries (shoestring) have a kick to them but never had better fries. I suggested chili cheese fries and hope they take that into consideration The atmosphere was calm and pleasant when I arrived (about 30 minutes after opening). It wasn't busy yet, but I noticed a few people enjoying their meals outside. The staff provided phenomenal service quick, courteous, and genuinely friendly, which made the visit even better. This chain is drive-thru only and serves à la carte, much like Five Guys but it's both cheaper and, in my opinion, even better! This will be my permanent go-to burger place! I highly recommend it!

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want when a cheeseburger craving hits. The side salad was fresh and I especially loved the vinaigrette--simple but really flavorful. I wanted to like this place, but the overall experience fell short…read more Food-wise, it's just okay. I ordered a cheese slice, and it wasn't anything memorable. The flavor was very bland-- mostly just tomato sauce and cheese without much depth-- and the crust was overly doughy, almost undercooked. The bigger issue was the service and overall operation. They're listed as opening at 11 AM, but when I arrived with another customer, the doors didn't even open until 11:10 AM. Even then, they clearly weren't ready to be open. There were no slices available, and it didn't feel like they were anywhere close to being prepared for customers. The atmosphere didn't help either. The interaction felt somewhat rude and dismissive, with a lot of excuses instead of solutions. There is a sign stating "no public restrooms," which I initially didn't realize also applied to paying customers. During my visit, two different people came in asking to use the restroom-- want to use it in another just to wash their hands-- and both were returned away. After the second request, the employee put "out of order" signs on both of the restroom doors, which felt misleading. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and underwhelming. The food is mediocre, and the service doesn't make up for it.

It took our server over 15 minutes to take our drink order. Took about 10 more minutes before she delivered our drinks and took our order. It was another 35 minutes before we got our breakfast. Server only checked back once to see if we needed more coffee or soda. The hardest working person in the dining room was the bus boy who was on top of getting tables cleaned and coffee creamers filled when patrons left. Wouldn't recommend unless you have lots of time and patients.

The beer was cold, I wasn't impressed by the taste, I don't recall the name. We ordered nachos and were really disappointed by them. They were over cooked to the point of discoloring the chips. The toppings were gross, we picked beef. We felt a little sick after eating some. I had another beer, Dragon something panda coffee stout, it was pretty good. Our waitress was really good, we were always checked on and didn't have to wait for ordered items. I really don't think it's a good place for food because they can't even make nachos.
