There are a ton of hidden back issue gems and everything is kept up very nicely. The proprietor generally also knows where everything is and if he doesn't have it, will go to great lengths to obtain it, though given that a lot of the population at any given time is on a trip of some kind, that part works out a bit less well. Mark my words though, even though it is good now, in 2 - 3 years, my bet is that it will be spectacular.

I go in and I had some other clothes to sell. The tie is 8.99 and the total amount they were going to give me for in store credit was 9.60! I told them all I wanted to do was exchange the tie for a different color of tie since my son had received the tie as a gift and it was brand new. Basically they were only going to give me 1.00 for the tie and then resell it for 8.99. All I wanted was a different color but I guess profit is more important than customer relationships. I usually like this place but I am not happy with how I was treated. Also some of the girl's clothes are not very cute. Thank goodness I have a couple of friends who have given me clothes that are cute because the quality has not been the greatest. I can't wait to start working again so I don't have to go here anymore.

Had to shop for family member undergoing emergency surgery at DRM. Needed transport clothes and a few days start at rehab. That means head to toe. Inside 1 hour I had everything needed. I was able to snag a customer (willingly) to help with sizing. A medium isn't always a medium with all manufacturers. I even was able to find a pair of shoes (rubber soles) for physical therapy. Cashier assured me I could return if sizing off (left labels and tags until sure). A big thank you to the shopper who helped. She got the various sizes right and family member was delighted. I'm an 80 yo disabled person living alone. I need my order. This unfortunately has happened before but not this bad. Store is closed. No one to talk to but they seem to think I'm still open. Just out of hospital and need sleep. Why the hell am I still waiting for a corporation that's so large and wealthy that they damn sure don't care about me? START CARING ABOUT PEOPLE, WAL-MART.
