The store has a lot of large scale figures that are fun for kids and great for photo opps. They also have the option to customize Funkos (hair, skin, clothes, and name on box). This was cool to see, we ended up buying Pokemon figures.

Checkout was quick and only took about 5 minutes. Employees are constantly restocking shelves. Plenty more merchandise is available in these stores. $14.99 for a regular, $29.99 for a 6" specialty, and $19.99 for a 6" one. Bitty pops cost the same as a regular and you get 4 bitties in one pack. $6.99 for the ones that come with vehicles or just a small figurine. Unfortunately, did not check costs for clothing nor bags/backpacks. Overall, still recommend, but keep in mind of the prices. We found a couple online stores that are selling some of these funkos at a cheaper price.

The following day, after speaking with Build-A-Bear customer service, I was told they couldn't locate my order and that I would be refunded. I called the Lynnwood store again just to make sure the bats were still available--and Chelsea remembered me and told me that she had already put one aside for me! I was absolutely ecstatic! Chelsea's customer service was incredible. She went above and beyond, remembered me, and made sure I would be able to get the bat I was looking for despite the website issues. Thanks to her, I was able to get my baby, and I am SO happy! Chelsea deserves a huge shoutout for being amazing and providing such wonderful customer service. Build-A-Bear is lucky to have her!

She made everything so easy for us as host parents, we didn't have to do a thing as everything was all organized and managed by Chelsea throughout. She showed the kids which stuffies were included in our party package that they could select from (Ultimate Package). All of the kiddos were so excited for their new stuffy as well as the pairing of clothes, shoes and a carrier. Party lasted about 90 minutes and was extremely well priced for everything that was included. For $50/kid each received a stuffy ($40 limit), an outfit, shoes and a carrier. They all left happy and with big smiles, and most importantly, our daughter felt extra special today. NOTE: outside food is not allowed in the store, but Chelsea was so kind to let us bring in our cupcakes and we were able to give away as the kids were leaving the party.

He was knowledgeable and conversational, seemed like a very interesting guy. No pressure. The store is on the smaller side, but that seems to be on par for those I've seen in this state (Tacoma is a bigger, but their schedule is more limited). Honestly, no big deal. GW has a million products, so I realize a shop this size can't stock everything. He is like a terrible used car salesman who won't stop arguing and trying to push you into things you don't want. I didn't want to overreact with a negative review after my first visit, but this same thing has happened to me upon 3 separate visits. I also took two friends with me this last time, and upon leaving the store they both said "WTF is up with that guy??" So at this point I feel the review is warranted.
