I am so glad this location opened as now there is a B&M 'close' to my house. I've visited this location more times since it opened than all other Bricks & Minifigs combined. All the employees here are super friendly and helpful. Both to someone like me who is an AFOL and to my much younger kids who are just starting their journey into the world of Lego. I really appreciate that. They're always so patient & kind to them as they try to figure out what minifig they want or what other purchase they want to make. I've never seen them show any sign of annoyance as they change their minds at the drop of the hat or anything. I really appreciate that. As far as selection goes, obviously it's going to vary depending on what you're looking for and what they have in stock. But, just keep in mind they do have a back room so if there's something out on the floor you don't see, just ask them and who knows. Maybe they'll have it back there. I'd also say if you see something you want, best to grab it. You never know if it'll be there the next time you're in (which has happened to me twice now). When it comes to prices, they're competitive. They might be slightly higher than some online retailers as they have to cover the overhead of rent & all that, but I honestly think the service you get from being in store, as well as being able to actually see in person what you're buying before you buy it more than make up for that. In all, if you're a fan of Lego, or looking for some old nostalgia sets, pieces for your own builds, or whatever, Bricks & Minifigs is great. I highly recommend them. Especially this location.

I had an awesome time at this bricks and minifigs store. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for legos in Burbank. I believe they're in the first year of their store opening so I know they've been working hard to establish their store. The atmosphere was really fun and there were a lot of Lego lovers and people with their families. The employees were all really nice and friendly, Van was very attentive and answered all my questions about different legos (I had a lot!). There was also a cool local lego build on display I believe. I will be back here to buy Christmas presents!

You might miss it since first time around it's harder to spot. But there's street parking. The store is big, not huge, clean, cool decorated with great posters and fun displays. It is enjoyable to browse, many toys and collectibles, some a tad too new. Prices vary, from reasonable to more expensive, based on the items, it makes sense. This isn't a store just for children although they have regular toys. For collectors, not the coolest items ever, but worth checking out. Nice customer service. Great to see a newer small business on Glenoaks!

As frequently as we're there, it's easy to pick out toys for our kids for birthdays and holidays. Usually, our oldest finds something he likes and plays with it every time we go in. We know that's a winner and save up to buy it for the next holiday or birthday. So far, we've picked up a vintage Disney Trivia for mom, a Little People Batman play set, numerous little cars, and Rex from Toy Story. Up next will undoubtedly be something from Pixar's Cars franchise.

When in need of a traditional toy store... look no further. We went this past Saturday (we being my…read moregrandkids and me). Let's face it, there aren't any toy stores anymore, which is a bummer for the little ones. So I went here and Man, oh Man WOW they have all the good stuff!! Although I will comment that some of the Barbies looked... off. This place isn't cheap either, but thank goodness, they are still open. Bring your kids in and let them see the toys on the shelves and pick out the one they 'JUST HAFTA HAVE' Kites, puzzles, Barbie dolls, all sorts of trucks and toy cars, Legos, stuffed animals, and plenty more. There are also the coin-operated kiddie rides here too. Respectfully Reviewed

I wanted to have a good experience with my 1.5 year old today taking him to this toy store and…read morehaving him pick out a toy. Naturally as he is a toddler he had removed some toys from the aisles and left some out as I was chasing after him it was hard for me to also be cleaning up. I acknowledge I could have done better and cleaned up after him but I've been having some pain in my back and it was just hard for me running around after him in addition to cleaning up. The part that was so bad was the attitude of the people working the shop. He got so angry at me telling me he was picking up after my kids mess. I felt really bad and embarrassed and said sorry so many times but his attitude stayed the same. Mind you we were paying customers and as my mom was purchasing a toy I simply asked whoever was working at the cashier to be a little kinder to the customers and he doubled down telling me I made a mess and was incredibly rude. Again, I could have done better by cleaning up but there needs to be a little more kindness in the customer service of a children's toy store and maybe some understanding that the parents are doing their best. It's a children's toy store after all. Reading the reviews here and seeing so many others who had bad customer experience as well. No greeting no smiling nothing, you wonder why this store is empty most of the time. I will not be coming back and if what you're looking for is a positive happy experience buying your kid a toy do not come here. I'm sure the owner will respond and blame my child and me for making a mess, but that is clearly not the point. The energy and attitude he was just awful and ruined my entire day
