So far, we've picked up a vintage Disney Trivia for mom, a Little People Batman play set, numerous little cars, and Rex from Toy Story. The part that was so bad was the attitude of the people working the shop. He got so angry at me telling me he was picking up after my kids mess. I felt really bad and embarrassed and said sorry so many times but his attitude stayed the same. Mind you we were paying customers and as my mom was purchasing a toy I simply asked whoever was working at the cashier to be a little kinder to the customers and he doubled down telling me I made a mess and was incredibly rude. Again, I could have done better by cleaning up but there needs to be a little more kindness in the customer service of a children's toy store and maybe some understanding that the parents are doing their best. It's a children's toy store after all. Reading the reviews here and seeing so many others who had bad customer experience as well. No greeting no smiling nothing, you wonder why this store is empty most of the time.
