Our first tutor stepped in not only during COVID but during a time my daughter was recovering from a car accident and our family suffering from 5 losses due to Covid. Gilbert Neuner was our tutor. He did not have a clue of what was personally happening to us, but he took ownership of his tutoring role and ensured my daughter understood her assignments. He was thorough in his teachings and explanations. He was also willing to provide addl help when needed. Unfortunately, Gilbert does not have availability this term, so Abby had to quickly find another Discrete Structures tutor for us. We are still in the adjustment period, and can honestly say that Abby is doing what she can to ensure that Hailie is getting the most effective tutoring method for her learning style.

They still came home with a bunch of complicated HW every evening. All they really did was play for a few hours.
