I want to rave about Brickhouse Music, but then again, I kind of want to keep them all to myself. They're the kind of music store that doesn't exist anywhere else anymore. I wish there were more like them.
The store is run by musicians, for musicians, or anyone who appreciates music and has an interest. They're geared toward the semi-pro musician, and for families. It's a great place to find a first instrument, a new workhorse, a high end jewel for your collection, or some needed accessories.
The staff are friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to help you however they can. The store has a good assortment of quality instruments and equipment, some of which you won't find elsewhere in the metro area.
As is true of almost any brick and mortar store, you can probably find most of their stock for less $$$ at an internet-only store. However, you will be missing the exceptional customer service experience. No one will treat you better than these people.
