I was willing to get out of the cab and walk to other businesses to ask how to find the business I was trying to reach. The cab driver would not hear of this! He drove me up and down the block, trying to find the business. Fortunately, one of their vehicles drove in and I saw the company's name on the vehicle, so I then knew where I needed to go. The cab driver also waited for me to enter the building, to be sure I was in the right place. I didn't get his name - but he was a very careful driver, was friendly & kind, yet not intrusive, and the cab itself was comfortable and in good repair. I would strongly recommend this cab company to anyone needing a ride in their service area!

My brother is a resident at the Valentine House in Point Pleasant Beach, and I dearly wanted him to come to my house in North Jersey to share Christmas. However, he gets quite upset being away from his home for more than a day, and there was no way we could drive down there on Christmas morning to get him. Pat at Briggs went out of her way in the days proceeding to find someone to bring my brother up to us on Christmas morning. She finally called us with the great news that she had indeed found him a driver. Chris was that driver and he arrived right on schedule as promised. These people went out of there way to accommodate my family, which made our holiday so much brighter. I would highly recommend them and hope to use their services again for the next holiday. Thank you all at Briggs and we hope you had as wonderful holiday as you made ours. The McCabe's Denville NJ

I booked a ride with this service. It was booked for the wrong day in their system. In their…read moresystem the ride showed for the next day a full 36 hours from when the booking was made but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY When I called and ended up canceling the ride it was exactly 24 hours from the booking. The dispatcher told me he would cancel the ride and provide a refund. I emailed the next day about the refund, ended up getting a phone call back from the manage, Gary, who told me they had a policy that didn't allow for cancellations inside of 24 hours. Keep in mind the cancellation occurred exactly 24 hours out. Having said that the manager said he would refund my ride MINUS $18 for credit card processing fees which is crap but I was willing to take what I could get as the total ride was $252. Rather be out $230 than $250!! It is a week later and 2 emails later still no refund and no response from the business!!! Plenty of car service options in Brick and the surrounding areas, buyer beware on this one!! In this case one would be better with an Uber!
