Oh the night clerk was sleep when I came to checkout, it was 5:00 in the morning but I would've liked to think someone was keeping an eye on the place.

Prices are so reasonable, location is perfect and overall value I'd rate as exceptional. We liked that the property adjoins a protected wetlands/bird sanctuary and even though the busy Rt 88 is just meters away from your front door, the units are so well insulated and the property is so lovingly maintained and upgraded that there almost zero road noise from inside the unit. Property is family run, going on three generations. Owner is a devout young Orthodox Christian lady who we found out actually graduated from the same high school I did (albeit years later). The entire experience here was top notch 5-stars! Units contain everything that you could ever want or need ... aside from the usuals, there's a small kitchenette with good sized refrigerator, cupboards complete with plates, glasses, silverware and cookware. Only slight downside is the rather small shower stall, but this does nothing to diminish the 5-star rating. We cannot wait to return again when our travels take us back here. Everyone was super accommodating. Two blocks from the beach and a parking lot. That in itself is so amazing. No worries about street parking and tickets here. Two badges per room, beach towels and outdoor shower area and hose for feet, chairs etc. The Bentley has been updated recently with paint and more modern bedding. We were super comfortable and the B&B was really quiet. We were in room 12, we had a King and our own bathroom. That was a must for me... Breakfast every day was a huge variety of danish, breads, cheeses and fruit. Legit enough to hold you over until dinner! Stayed here 6 nights and enjoyed every one. The Bentley is a gem for sure. You can choose how you want to stay whether it's a private bath or a shared. Lots of great options!

We had a room on the second floor overlooking the parking lot and while you can occasionally hear highway traffic on the other side by the bathroom, it was relatively quiet. Checking in was easy. We headed to the lobby, signed some paperwork, paid the bill, and were given keys to our room. We had a king room. It was large enough for two people and our overnight bags. The bathroom is clean and has basic toiletries. There's a lot of space to store and hang the towels. The toilet occasionally made some humming noises when you flushed it, but the water pressure seemed fine. It was really awesome to just walk across the parking lot from the wedding venue and go to bed instead of driving all the way back home. They had a really nice free continental breakfast with coffee, tea, bagels, oatmeal, and pastries. My husband doesn't eat breakfast, but I wanted to grab some thing for the road. I went for the mini chocolate doughnut and coffee cake and we had it as a treat later in the day. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you want a nice, clean place to crash after you attend a wedding next door. Bring earplugs and an eye mask if you're sensitive to noise and light!

Breakfast was delicious and generous, beautifully presented and impeccably served by Anthony, the simpatico founder and owner. His kind wife Maureen bakes muffins, coffee cakes and cookies from scratch, and they are marvelous. We had a room in the main building-it was cooler at night and we were out during the day, so we never had to use the air conditioning unit. It was a nice quiet room - looking out over the pool and stage in the back. We spent one evening listening to a small band playing at the pool. It was fine, clean and I enjoyed the pool and the nearby boardwalk. There is no desk in the room and the bathroom is very small, but it was all fine. People at the front desk were nice.
