They changed the time but animals are still getting in bags & not everyone has a trash can. That's annoying. But other than that I LOVE my TH! I love the layout, love the space. Oh another negative is NEP! That is ridiculous & overpriced. But...that's renting for you! Back to positives, I love the area...there's a shell being built in front of the complex which will make traffic even more "interesting" but it's not the complex fault! Outside of traffic in the area I'd recommend this place. So far had no major issues with my unit.

On two separate occasions, they entered my home without notice, only claiming to have put a note on my door on the second occasion. They had no proof of that and I almost called the police. Putting notes in a doorway is not a safe way to conduct business. The first time they entered without notice, I was just out of the shower and yelled at them to leave immediately. They still didn't leave but stood outside my wide open front door yelling back. We didn't move because of the pandemic, since my boyfriend is immunocompromised. The moment we felt we could safely move out, we did. There are so many instances that I could tell you about when it comes to their disrespect. We always paid on time, including for our two pets. There was absolutely no reason for their behavior and complete disregard for our safety. When LC owned the complex, they were amazing. That's the only reason we stayed as long as we did.

I believed this would be a wonderful beginning to a better life for me and my two children as I had heard wonderful things about this rental property but boy was a strong facade painted which created disillusionment in my mind. I signed my lease in february of 2024 with a move in date of april 16th. I also am a section 8 resident... for one I never received a tour of the facility or a full layout of rules and notices but lucky for me I'm a nerd and I love to read. I also overheard maintenance specifically say since I was section 8 that it didn't matter if the apartment was up to par with how it should be and that I would't care...booooy were they wrong. I am a single mother of 2 children, both whom have health issues.. upon my move in date that was the first time I had seen the place and with my first inspection there were so many things wrong specifically the paint jobs, the carpets needing replaced and also floor boards with nails protruding not even properly and safely attached to the walls. I have a 15 year old who is autistic with scoliosis and a newly 1 year old with major health issues and the dirty carpets have yet to be replaced therefore not allowing me to fully move in and her breathing has gotten worse since being here. and they come in with spray paint to fix the paint jobs and fixed nothing. then wiped out all my maintenance requests as if they were completed. in the lease it states that a notice would be put on cars before tow, first I have 2 cars registered and on my lease and without any notice they towed my vehicle causing me to have to use the only money I had for grocery's In order to get it out. And with me being on section 8 I don't pay full rent and its been adjusted to no rent and yet they continuously charge me close to 2000 dollars each month while section 8 is paying them. I have called and have been ignored, told someone would be by with no avail and still nothing done. I am unemployed doing my best to take care of my kids and provide them as my family is deceased and i've been treated crappy because i'm recieving help from the government. its wrong. I feel isolated and alone. and i'm at my wits in because I don't have money to deal with this. and instead of cutting me a check they credit my account which I never asked them to do and I don't have to pay rent for the entire duration of my lease as section 8 is covering everything. i've called corporate with no return calls. and the manager just does not care and is condescending and has her favorites, there are cars here that have expired tags, broke down, not in visitor parking which I was never shown or told I had to park in and yet their cars are STILL there even now. It is not almost June and still nothing is changing and my daughter has surgery next month followed soon by my son. I start school in July and I'm not understanding why I have been treated so poorly and without any human decency because I receive help from the housing authority. I just want answers, the refunds I'm owed and an apology. also rent is due on the first, but they started taking payments out my account on the 24th of May when section 8 is paying full rent starting the 1st. something must be done so any advice on who I can contact would help tons. if I call section 8 they will cease payments until everything is fixed and i'm trying to give this place the chance it deserves but so far i'm severely disappointed and have no faith. i've waited 15 years for this opportunity and how will I ever get ahead when i'm being castrated without any reasoning.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere but I currently still live here,…read more The apartments look nice, but they have charged me $75 for leaving a trash bag outside my door for two hours that only had boxes in the bag.. $7 charge to pay your rent online Ice all over the parking lot and hasn't been fixed, Ice is built up so badly outside my door it's a safety hazard, if I had a shovel I would start myself. Get complaints sent to my door because my one year old is walking around and doing things a one year old does IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, I called they said it wasn't a night complaint , just day only?? My daughter can only stay calm for so long she is ONE. But when the downstairs neighbor is banging on the ceiling with his broom nothing gets said to him. Because "he is a very nice gentleman" he has came up to my apartment a few times , and it is scary because I am a woman here alone with a one year old girl. Top shelf to my fridge has been gone since I moved in, and they "ordered" it still haven't got it so I can only fit half as much as I would like in my fridge for a $1200 apartment?! Oh and to mention someone literally got shot right at the entrance I can't wait to move out and do not recommended

Probably the worst place you can rent an apartment from. In the beginning the landlord was…read moreextremely helpful and we basically got moved in and settled in no times. That's when things started to fall apart. To start the list, the people living there are extremely rude, ignorant, and very clingy. There is a parking system where you can only park on car in the front and extra cars park literally 5 feet away but our parking spot would always be taken. I think maybe one of the neighbors got mad because we would park in our spot and they couldn't park their second car their, so they slashed our tires. We went to the landlord about it and he said he couldn't do anything about it and that we needed some kind of proof. The second thing, the maintenance is horrible. We see basically not allowed to repair anything ourselves because that would break the terms and services. We needed our air filter replaced and we called maintenance to come replace it and they waited over 2 weeks to fix that. Our air conditioning broke down and that took over 2 months to fix. Another thing about maintenance is that he is an old unhygienic man which always smells like garbage and when we ask him to fix something he always walks into our living unit with his dirty shoes and walks all over the floors and get them all dirty. That's the least of our worries. The third thing, the landlord has favorites. If he doesn't like you, he isn't going to help you. We reported that our neighbors were really loud one time and he gave them a little warning, nothing too harsh. When we stood up till 2:30am with little to no noise- we got one report from our neighbors behind us saying we were over-the-top loud. Guess what the landlord did... He gave us a warning that if would do anything like that again we would have to be kicked out. The fourth thing, the prices. When we started living there the prices were fairly decent. Then they started rising EVERY MONTH (I understand about price risings) which meant garage prices were also very high. The prices of garage rose $50 every month and we couldn't handle that anymore. Now that doesn't mean it was all bad, the scenery was really nice with a small forest and trail (which we first made but then the lawn company started cutting it out) which was very pleasant to walk around in. The schooling was very nice (Canal Winchester Schools) and other small little details. The pool was always maintained and clean. But the "clubhouse" that was supposably usable was not- EVER. It was always locked up and never used and if you ever did walk in when it was unlocked the landlord said that we have nothing to do here and he would kick us out. Overall, if you honestly wanted to deal with complete BS than you would live here. But if you wanted a more friendlier place I would look the other place. I rate this 1 star out of 5 because honestly his place could do 100 time better if the landlord wasn't such a jacka**.
