We automatically got along, and she took the time to help me get out of where I was into my apartment. The first apartment I saw I loved, but upon checking further into it, I immediately told Jamie about some issues and could she move me somewhere else in the complex. The issues, of course, are fixable it just wasn't move in ready yet. Jamie knows customer service, knows how to listen, and really helps if you need something. You can tell her job means something to her, and that is so rare to find these days. She is truly an asset to this company, and her smile will make you smile even if you're in a bad mood. Jamie, you deserve to keep growing there and learning. You made me feel comfortable from day 1. I also think of you as a friend, so it was meant to be. Thank you for all your hard work, and thank you for bringing the one thing back into an office most don't really care about anymore. My last apartment experience was a nightmare. You took that to heart and made it a mission to make this experience different. I am glad you are here. I would recommend people to you in a heartbeat!

Multiple residents talk about having vehicles stolen annually and the crime is RAMPANT! Nearly on a weekly basis vehicle theft occurs here. Property management won't do anything to help prevent this, I reached out to the property management and even their corporate office. They encourage the crime at this point by not activating any preventative measures whatsoever. They also do not honor the Ohio Revised Code for Landlord Tennants nor unbelievably know what that even is. I'd encourage you to look elsewhere!

It's incredibly quiet and I'm very fortunate to have great neighbors. Every unit comes with either a patio or balcony, so everyone has an outdoor space, unlike many others in the area that charge $100's of dollars more per month. The maintenance is great too. During my tour, I addressed my concern of prior pest problems and the leading agent, Trinity, said that the problem belonged to the last company that owned the property. The first time I seen a roach was at 3am in my bathtub, the morning after I contacted the director of the company... nothing was changed, I wanted to break my lease at that moment after only being at the apartment for a week. They wouldn't let me out of the lease since they didn't believe me. Recently, I seen a baby roach on my kitchen counter and I rushed to take a picture so they wouldn't try to pretend like that's not what I seen. Don't let this company lie to you, I am counting down the days to the end of my lease. When I received my keys, I never ever did a walk through with the manger to keep documentation of the damage that was done to the apartment already. I BETTER RECIEVE MY ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK TOO. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not move here. I also addressed some issues I was having like a leaking faucet and my kitchen hood fan not working. They say it was fixed and I'm still having the same issues. If you're fine with dealing with a raggedy company then go ahead and move in. Just want to say good luck if you do!
