Stains, peeling paint, and no amount of cleaning ever made it look presentable. Whoever worked on it before we moved in clearly cut corners. I finally decided to get it professionally refinished and went with Tubby's, and I'm really glad I did. The difference is night and day. My bathroom finally feels clean and presentable, and I don't feel weird about guests using it anymore. They were quick to respond with a quote via email, scheduling was smooth, and the crew that came out was polite and professional. I did run into a small issue with the sliding door afterward, but after reaching out, they promptly scheduled a follow-up and fixed it without any hassle. Great results, solid communication, and they stood behind their work. I'd absolutely recommend them.

Silver Knights Floor Restoration - Bayron and his team - are AMAZING!…read more We purchased a rental property with "good bones" and almost none of the customary upkeep one would expect. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

Picked up the next day from my house, finished the work in 2 days (ahead of the quoted time), delivered back to my house, all as part of quoted price. Work very satisfactory. Repair of couch left a seam across arm, but it was understandable as there was no way to source enough of the original material to completely replace the section without a seam, so they took fabric from a cushion and replaced that piece with a similar fabric and left it in a place unseen with normal use. Given the damage to the area they fixed, the repair looks good and for the price was more than acceptable given the alternative was completely reupholstering the entire item for 3x the price or more. Good pricing, quick pick up and turn around time, solid work. No complaints aside from wishing they had used a darker leather on the second item, as the original leather was darker than the replacement, but overall the entire job was well done. Would use again.

I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing. We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall.
