Rescued by Vinny I…read morewas in a challenging situation made worse by a nearby competitor when I had the good fortune to arrive at Littleton Auto Body and discover the generosity of Vinny who single-handedly solved my problem expeditiously with skill and grace. I was on a tight schedule to cover almost 200 miles to get the car to my daughter for her camping trip when I discovered a headlight required a new bulb. I called a repair shop near Littleton Auto Body and was told they could have me on my way in 20 minutes. Instead, they sold me the bulb I needed, then told me it couldn't be replaced without removing the battery and possibly the grille, that they were fully booked so couldn't help me that day, and the best they could do was allow me to return the bulb. A Google search led me to nearby Littleton Auto Body where Vinny helped me immediately. With some vigorous contortion, Vinny was able to remove the burnt-out bulb, offered to replace it with the standard bulb he had in stock, but noted that the burned-out bulb was high intensity, which I needed. He allowed me to go back to the shop that had disappointed me and repurchase the bulb I'd returned. (The man at the repair shop insisted again that it was impossible to perform this bulb replacement without removing the battery and probably more so he was sure - erroneously -- that Vinny was replacing the wrong bulb.) As soon as I got back to Littleton Auto Body, Vinny installed the bulb. (It wasn't easy to do.) When I asked Vinny what I owed him in addition to my profound gratitude, he said we were all set and had me put my wallet away. Although I've written very few reviews, I'm delighted to write this one. Go to Littleton Auto Body. I had a small issue with the rear bumper on my Ford Explorer. It had also caused some paint wear on the inside edge of the tailgate. The Ford dealer wasn't much help and told me it probably would cost a couple thousand to fix. Decided to check these guys out. The Manager, Steve, was very helpful and personable. He very quickly pointed out what the issue was and said it was an easy fix. Much better than the dealership. They were booked for a couple weeks (a good sign that they do good work). Steve got me set up with an appointment. They work with Enterprise rental, so the day of my appointment I was able to drop off my vehicle and Enterprise picked me up there and brought me to their location to get the rental paperwork taken care of. Two days later my vehicle was done and I was able to drop off the rental there for Enterprise to pick up. The bumper issue was taken care of and the tailgate was touched up beautifully. They even gave me a small bottle of touch up paint if I needed it in the future for anything. My insurance covered it minus my deductible, but the total was only a fraction of what the dealership said it would cost. If you need ANY body work done on your vehicle, you would be a fool not to check the guys out. Very highly recommended!

We managed to limp into Bumper to Bumper on a wing and a prayer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Jay Oulette, the owner, was the nicest guy imaginable. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road! If this shop were in Boston we would never take our work anywhere else! Thanks Jay!!!
