I waited about an hour and a half (way better than the DMV)! Super grateful for your help! Walk ins are accepted. If you have an appointment scheduled, you will be seen according to your scheduled time. If you're a walk in, you'll be assisted in between scheduled appointment times. It gets pretty busy, so I would recommend to schedule an appointment.

We've worked with John Hopkins since the beginning and he is such an amazing guy to work with. Friendly, personable and of course very knowledgeable when it comes to finances and taxes. Although we only see him a few times a year and even though he helps many clients, he remembers everything about us. This review is long overdue and I always recommend their business to all my friends and family. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

(Phone calls AND emails) Years later, when our agent retired and we got assigned to this office, we contacted them again and messages not returned. I'm like, what is their problem? So I researched her on Facebook and I see now what it could be. She is a MAGA Republican and I guess can't be bothered to do business with those she disagrees with. If this isn't it, then I don't know what a person has to do to get a response. Too bad, we are great clients. I would have never even checked to see what she believes in if she hadn't been so incompetent. I have requested reassignment to another agent. Why does State Farm keep agents like this around?

This was my first time here but two people who don't know each other recommended this spot. I'm a social butterfly so while I waited I talked to a few people there and all of them said it's worth the wait. They have a good system where you get seen twice, the first time gets all your documents in order, the second is with Sonia who does the taxes. I've been married for over 10 years, I have 3 kids and I own a home. The last 5 years I either owned or got lucky and was even-Steven. Now only did I get a return but I was given good advice on how to prepare for next year. Needless to say I will be back next year. P.S. they do other legal things too.
