If you have an appointment scheduled, you will be seen according to your scheduled time. If you're a walk in, you'll be assisted in between scheduled appointment times. Contacted this office late March, spoke to the owner Sally. I explained to her that I had used her service and she seemed to remember me. She told me how busy the office was, which I replied that I was well aware of how late I was contacting the office. We agreed on my dropping off my paperwork. I know she has a drop box. She said that would be fine. I dropped the paperwork off on a Saturday morning, the office was closed during a time they were supposed to be open. I called the office at least 5 times, at different times to make sure someone had received my paperwork. I was told by her staff person Sandra, when I was finally able to speak with a live person that she did not know if Sally had the paper work or not? So I asked that Sally please return my call. A week later NO CALL back. I called again, Sally answered the phone with attitude, big attitude, upset with me for calling so much. I explained to her that I was simply calling to find out if anyone had my paperwork? She was rude, and not professional. It is not my fault as a customer that she says yes to everyone and stresses herself to make the April 15 tax deadline! Will never use this service again. Not to mention I was charged even more money than last year simply because she is bothered with me. Never again!

Heather was extremely helpful and was available when my mom needed her last minute. I was helping…read moremy mom find a notary for her escrow paperwork. My mom was very stressed out because we needed the escrow paperwork notarized ASAP, so I reached out to Heather. We went to see Heather the next day. Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Heather was quick to point out that our escrow agent sent the paperwork out of order and was missing pages. While in her office, we called our escrow agent and Heather was happy to speak with her. Heather was very thorough in explaining to our escrow rep about the mistakes with the paperwork, and was adamant she could not assist us without this error being corrected. Even when the escrow agent was trying to say otherwise, Heather was quick to stand her ground and explain that legally, she could not have the documents notarized without the correction. Our escrow agent emailed the corrected paperwork over, along with the missing pages. For a small fee, Heather printed them out for us, which saved us time from having to go home and print them out ourselves. Throughout this ordeal Heather was very patient. Not once did we get a sense that she was irritated, or trying to rush us out. Her fees are extremely reasonable. We felt that we were in good hands and left her office feeling relieved to get everything notarized on time. Definitely give Heather a call when notary services are needed. Called her heading to the building because I made a wrong turn which she gracefully aided the directions. Came in and sat down to which she immediately asked if I had the form for my live scan, my employer did not previously send it to me but Heather was reassuring and comforting and allowed me to wait there until they emailed my form. She completed my live scan quickly, efficiently, and engaged with my father and I during the entire appointment keeping such a positive vibe. We asked her what other services they provide and she was ready to discuss every kind of service ABC has to offer!
