My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ratnaja Katneni. When my father became…read moreseriously ill, he was weak, lethargic, and simply not himself. We were deeply concerned about his health and his future. From our very first appointment, Dr. Katneni's knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail gave us confidence that he was in the best possible hands. As a board certified nephrologist and internist, Dr. Katneni took the time to thoroughly evaluate his condition, explain everything clearly, and develop a treatment plan that addressed the underlying issues, not just the symptoms. She listened carefully, answered every question with patience, and genuinely cared about his well being. The results have been nothing short of remarkable. In just two weeks, my father went from being very ill and lethargic to energetic, engaged, and back to his old self. Seeing such a dramatic improvement has been an incredible blessing for our entire family, and we are profoundly grateful for the exceptional care she provided. I also want to recognize Patty in the office, who is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, professional, organized, and always willing to help. She made every interaction with the office pleasant and stress free, and her warmth and efficiency truly complement the outstanding care Dr. Katneni provides. If you are looking for a physician who combines exceptional medical expertise with genuine compassion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Katneni. She has made a tremendous difference in my father's life, and our family will always be grateful for her dedication and outstanding care.

Over the past decade, Dr. Wechsler has been the cornerstone of my mother's healthcare journey. Providing consistent, high-quality care for 10+ years is a feat in itself, but doing so for a patient who is admittedly stubborn and historically resistant to medical intervention requires a level of patience and dedication that is truly rare. The transformation in my mom's perspective is a testament to their extraordinary bedside manner. While she once dreaded medical visits, she has truly become their "biggest fan." This shift is a direct result of the time Dr. Wechsler and Nurse Aline take to explain every clinical detail with precision and care, proactively ensuring she feels empowered and secure in her treatment. Their commitment to her well-being has never been confined to the office. During her three separate hospitalizations, including the most recent 30+ day stay due to a stroke, they checked on her daily, providing a continuity of care that gave our family immense peace of mind. The seamless coordination within this practice is remarkable. On behalf of our entire family, we want to thank Dr. Wechsler, Nurse Aline, Dr. V, and Dr. Ozuzun for working collectively to provide such a high standard of advocacy. Also, a huge thank you to Kristi, Jessica, Christine for the many years of stellar service they've provided. This team exemplifies the highest standards of patient-centered care and represents the very best for their compassionate service.

In my last blood work, my doctor noticed some abnormalities, so she referred me to this place. The staff here are friendly and professional, but not overly chatty. I was asked to arrive early to complete a pile of paperwork (mostly standard looking forms) which included my medical history, lists of medications, and such. The visit with the doctor was on time, went rather smoothly and she spoke to me in layman's terms the steps she's going to take to verify my original doctor's diagnosis. I'm to come back in 3 weeks, after taking new medication, an ultrasound (off site) and a new set of bloodwork to compare with my old labwork. Sigh.. it sucks getting old(er). He was greeted and welcomed by the Nurse Practitioner, Joyce Chung, who was marvelous and beyond excellent. Joyce was so sweet, understanding, a great listener and everything one would wish for in a doctor. She had obviously done her homework on my husband's history and came more than prepared to the consultation. She was so knowledgeable about medications and other factors that could influence or impact the kidneys. She explained the results of blood work, line by line, with essential and helpful comments and suggestions. We were both so impressed with her expertise and the compassionate way in which she answered questions and handled the visit. Joyce is the kind of health care provider that people recommend to friends and family!! Once she had completed her side of the appointment, Dr. Chiang saw my husband to oversee everything.
