We did some "broker" shopping if you will and felt he was the most genuine, transparent, polite, patient, and considerate broker we found. My husband and I felt he was able professionally and successfully anticipate the next step and help us navigate potential turbulence that naturally comes in home buying process. This was our first time buying a home and we don't feel he could have had a better team assisting us through the stressful time. Scott also had really helpful videos on youtube that taught us about terms involved with home buying that a first time home buyer PROBABLY doesn't know about.
