I was quoted $1100, which I paid $600 to start the process. I uploaded and signed the documents that were requested. I never received another phone call. Catherine requested I redo documents because they did not have them. I did get 3 emails at random times asking 1 question or to submit documents. This process went on for 1 month. I was unable to access their portal and had to send sensitive information through regular email. Once my taxes were finally ready my new quote was $2400. I received no tax strategy plan, no guidance, I could have went to H&R block. I will definitely not be using their services again.
