They are organized, do a thorough job and put in the effort to get it right through phone calls or emails. They seem to stay up to date with the ever changing tax laws, which makes me feel comfortable with their practices and the advice they give. If you are a business owner who needs a CPA to make sure you cross your t's and dot your i's, Price & Price is a good bet. They have always been prompt at returning any calls or emails with business questions I've had. Their office is fairly easy to get to if you live in the Humble/Kingwood area, although besides dropping off your initial paperwork, everything else is handled via email, fax or mail. Staff is friendly and pricing is fair and comparable to other similar services in the area . A word of advice though - they are a very busy firm, so get all your documentation to them as early as possible in the tax year. We generally have to wait 6-8 weeks on average to get our taxes file from the time we drop everything off.

The second year they wanted to charge us around $1,000 for our taxes. We talked them down a bit. We paid. Come to find out after going to another company for our 2025 taxes due to their high costs there were errors made on our taxes such as student credits not being applied, deductions not being taken, we did not have a formal sit down with any of the CPA's, we dropped off our papers and then picked up copies. This last year they printed our copies on double sided paper which was a pain to have to sort and review through. With such high fees one would think we would get a nice binder or at least single sided paper. We called to ask for our tax amendments and they were not able to give us a cost to amend them over the phone, we had to submit documentation to them online. We decided to go somewhere else to amend our taxes. It is partially our fault for not doing our due diligence and cross checking their work but when we pay such high fees for a CPA we expect for things to be done right and to be contacted if there were any questions or concerns. I'll give you an example, they wanted about $1,000 to do our taxes last year, we went to HR Block and got them done correctly with maximized deductions and a sit down meeting for $400. There are online companies that can do it for even less. I would stay clear of this tax place. High prices with subpar work. The bright side and two stars versus one star is that Nonna and Joseline are courteous and kind when we have spoken with them. We hope others have better experiences but we want to help share our experiences to help others as well.
